Beautifully appointed and maintained condo. Take elevator to this top (3rd) floor end unit and fall in love with the spectacular ocean views from your balcony and living room. Comfortably sleep 8 people in the 3 bedrooms plus sleeper sofa. All rooms have views of the island and are colorfully decorated in an upscale yet casual style. You will find ceiling fans, flat panel LCD TVs, and DVD players in the living room and all bedrooms, with expanded cable TV service and wireless broadband internet. On the property grounds, you will find a private pool, outdoor shower, a personal 4x8 storage room, and covered parking with 2 designated parking spots.

Additional Activities: Water sport activities of fishing, boating, jetski rentals, and kayaking are available at Sunset Lake.

Bike rentals are nearby.

Wildwood Boardwalk with the Convention Center, 3 Amusement Piers, water parks, arcades, shops, and eateries are a short walk away.

There is so much to do even if you're looking for a change from the beach, boardwalk, amusement piers, and restaurants. Visit Cape May for more great Zagat rated restaurants, stroll along streets lined with Victorian homes, and find some very unique shops. Enjoy the Cape May Zoo, drive a short 40 minutes to Atlantic City and try your luck at the casinos or see a show, take the Lewes Ferry to Delaware for great outlet shopping, or take in a round of golf at several courses in Cape Map County.

Comfort and Convenience: With keyless entry, there are no worries about forgetting or loosing the keys, and your older kids will enjoy coming and going on their own if they wish. The beach is an easy 1 block walk. You will find a walk-up window at the restaurant on the way to the beach access if you want to grab a cool drink or snack without heading back to the condo.

Store beach gear in your private 4x8 storage room. Feel free to use the beach chairs, toys, and a handy beach cart to carry your gear to the beach. You will also find a cooler in the kitchen closet for your use. The storage room is found within the covered parking area where you get 2 designated parking spots. Back from the beach? Use the outdoor shower for a quick rinse before relaxing by the pool, or sitting on your balcony where you can unwind in preparation for your evening activites.

Getting to the Boardwalk is an easy 5 block walk or by trolley. The Boardwalk Tram meets you right there if you don't want to walk the rest.

Once you arrive, you will appreciate being conveniently situated one block from the free beach, 5 blocks from the boardwalk, and within walking distance of several restaurants, convenience stores, and a bakery. A nice kiddie playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a jogging/bike path are all within 2 blocks. There is also a nearby gazebo, Crest Pier and Centennial Park offering evening entertainment.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • A security deposit of $250 will be due within 5 days of booking, which will convert to a damage deposit upon arrival. A payment equal to 50-percent of the rental rate will be required no later than 60 days before the arrival date. The balance of the rent will be due no later than 30 days before the arrival date. The damage deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of vacating the premises providing no damage occurs.
  • The lease terminates upon default of any payment. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made less than 60 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation/damage deposit. No payments will be returned to the tenant in the event of any default or cancellation until the property has been re-rented with no loss to owner. If the unit is not re-rented, the tenant remains liable to the owner for the full balance due. Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent or deposit.

My husband and I, along with two other couples rented Ken's condo in late August. It was one of the most relaxing vacations that we have had in a long time. The location was excellent, the cleanliness of the condo was outstanding and the decor was just right. Having a kitchen, grill, washer and dryer at "home" were some of the main reasons why we chose to rent this condo (besides the excellent reviews). The owners are very accommodating, even leaving a detailed binder with some of their favorite restaurants, shops, etc. in the area. We did not have any issues/problems the whole week. In fact, nobody wanted to leave! I have already recommended this condo to a few friends. Can't wait until next time! Thanks again, Ken!

Great place to stay

This is probably the nicest vacation condo I have experienced! It was extremely well-maintained and decorated. Many 'extras' included, such as beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler and cart. Each bedroom and living room has flat panel TV and DVD player. Excellent location - close to beach (1.5 blocks) and Boardwalk (5 blocks). Owner let us know when it was ready for us to check in, which was a bit earlier than anticipated.

Through my many years traveling to Wildwood, this is the nicest place I have stayed in. The condo included everything we needed and more. The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants, beach, and boardwalk. The condo was so clean upon arrival. It is bright and newly renovated. Plenty of space. The owner went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. We can not wait to return!

Great condo in a central location. It was so clean and well decorated with a feeling of home. Eating in was cost effective and enjoyable with the grill on the balcony. So many things in walking distance. The kids were thrilled with basketball courts, baseball fields, tennis courts, beach and pool. Taking the tram car along the boardwalk was a short walk away. The bike rental place around the corner was convenient and gave us another opportunity to enjoy views of the ocean and the boardwalk. We highly recommend this one!!
