We had a great vacation staying in this nice condo! Everything was there that we needed, was suprised to find a pack 'n' play, extra fan, & extra blankets. Even used the beach chairs & umbrella in the closet. Very clean, great view to the ocean & pool deck & grilling area below. Never heard the neighbors, quiet buildling. Everything worked well, all appliances, hot water was almost immediate when faucet/showers ran & water pressure was great too. I felt well informed by the owner & very compfortable working with her. I felt reassured renting from her as this was my first time renting from anyone & I trusted she would take care of us if there was a problem & she was very quick to respond to my inquiry. And she was flexible & understanding as we had to change weeks after I first reserved the condo. Great lady to work with & very nice compfortable condo, 4 adults & 2 kids loved it! The pool or beach never seemed overcrowded & the pool area was very nice, well landscaped & private feeling. Also pool was shaded by late afteroon so that was nice for over-sunned kids. The only thing I didn't like was the pool was smoking allowed. I hate smoke, I found myself & my kids gagging walking by some smokers or just walking by the smoke post for the cig butts. But that was all, had a great time & hope to make MB an annual trip!!! Thanks Margaret!!!
