Welcome to our condo, a luxuriously appointed suite in the heart of downtown Victoria! Spoil yourself in our over 900 square foot air conditioned condominum complete with all the luxuries of home... and more! Surrounded by a lush garden court yard and cascading waterfalls, Island Falls promises to be a unique and memorable experience!

In the kitchen you will find a custom Italian Shiffini kitchen including high grade stainless steel appliances (AEG, Bosch, Liebherr), imported granite countertops and black pinewood cabinetry with precision soft-touch closure.

In the bedroom, you will find a plush pillow-top queen size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. Additional sleeping is available on the double hide-a-bed in the living room. In the spa like master bathroom, you will find dual flush toilet, double vanities, deck mounted bathtubs and a frameless glass and marble shower!

The den provides a peaceful space to curl up to read / relax with the option of closing the frosted sliding door for added privacy.

Cable television, wireless internet and a home phone with free long distance in Canada and continental United States are just a few of the many amenities provided in this elegantly appointed accommodation. Additionally, the condominium has an outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym / hot tub and a double-gated secure underground parking.

About The Owner

My husband and I love Victoria and have raised our family here for the past 40+ years! We both love to travel and have a passion for ballroom dancing and meeting new friends! Renting our condo allows us to showcase our beautiful city and to show others that Victoria isn't just a small seaside city, it is a fun place to meet new friends and to have new adventures!

We decided to purchase our condo because of the excellent location... Downtown Victoria. Upon exiting the building you are surrounded by all the major downtown tourist attractions (Royal British Columbia Museum, Parliament Buildings, Inner Harbour, Government Street etc.). Additionally, nothing is more than a 10 minute drive from our condo, so if you are into golfing, hiking or exploration... nothing is out of reach!

An enjoyable location

This place is close to all the action downtown. It is safe and secure. The building and condo are in top condition. The landlords are very good to deal with.we have stayed twice now. There is a little noise from the traffic, but prefer the level we are at. It has everything we need. The kitchen and bathroom have all the best equipment and fixtures. Very pleasant.

Central and Convenient

Great location. Convenient to everything downtown Victoria offers. The condo was exceptionally clean, very comfortable with everything you need to prepare meals. The building and parking was secure. Owners were very accommodating. We will certainly be looking at staying here again on any return visits.

Wow! We were truly impressed with everything about this beautiful condo, and the location was fantastic! The condo was exceptionally clean, very comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, heated underground parking, everything you need to prepare meals, and the proximity to everything in downtown Victoria was great. We truly appreciate Kempton meeting us early on our departure day. We will certainly be rebooking again in 2015.

It was a pleasure and a joy staying in this modern, well decorated, confortable, clean and beautiful condo. We've really felt in home very far from home. Lucy and Kempton are excellent holstes. If we come back in Victoria, we'll certainly stay there again.

October Visit

Location was great, very convenient for long walks and easy access to museums, restaurants and pubs. Condo and furnishings were more than adequate, was a little chilly for the pool but even made use of the gym a few times. Secure parking was important, many days went by without a need for our car. Kempton and Lucy were very accommodating for our check-in and check-out, especially with our need to catch an early ferry. We definitely hope to return.

Perfect week!

This beautiful condo is lovely and fully equipped with all you will need. The extra half bath came in handy and we loved being able to wash our clothes before heading home. Thank you Lucy and Kempton, for thinking of everything!

This location is ideal and we walked absolutely everywhere we went. So many great restaurants nearby including the pub right across the street. $4.00 pints on Monday nights!

We loved the Royal BC Museum and having tea at The Empress was an experience to remember always. We will be back! Colleen and Sam
