Not as described!

Unfortunately, property was not as described. We booked resort for "fully equipped kitchen". Ammenities listed were oven, dishwasher, 4 burner stove. It had none of the above. It did have a 2 burner stove but not even a skillet to cook breakfast. We went and purchased one. I communicated 2 emails with complaints and have not had a response. I feel this could have been cleared up but they did not respond. I could have rented a place with a kitchenette and saved money. That is basically what type of kitchen they had. The room smelled of something like cigar smoke. We had to air the place out and spray Febreeze all over. It did not really help. I tried to call the front desk on several occasions. The phone rang and rang with no answer. The shuttle service made one run to Universal Studio. It left at 7:30 am and pick up was at 8:00 pm. The gate security always waved us in regardless if our parking pass was visible or not. We definitely did not feel secure. Location of resort was okay. It was off of main busy street but still close to restaurants and grocery store. I would not recommend this propery to friends or family. I would not return.
Owner's Response: Unfortunately this review is not a fair reflection of the property or the service that we offer. The property did have an oven and stove not a dishwasher. It also had a skillet (pan) just not a cast iron one. The pictures provided are accurate of the fully equipped kitchen. The property is non smoking and is inspected after every rental. There is a 24 hour local assistance which is very reliable as is the security on the resort.
It is a pity that this guest has posted something that is not accurate or fair. We pride ourselves on the standards provided and the service offered. We have guest return time after time and welcome anyone with any questions to contact us.
