1 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Bunk Area, Sleeps 6

You have surfed into one of the very nicest 1BR units at The Summit. This unit was completely gutted and rebuilt a few years ago.

It has a second shower in what was formerly the hall half bath to create a full second bathroom!!! No more waiting for everyone to use one shower!!! Note that most 1 bedroom units at The Summit are 1.5 baths.

This one has new everything...from the cabinets to the furniture to the air-conditioning.

There is one large bedroom with king bed, HDTV and private master bath, sturdy bunk beds off of the hall and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Using all of these beds, six can be accommodated in the unit easily. There is also a chair in the living room for lounging in the A/C while looking out at the gulf.

In addition to the fold-out sofa, the living room features a built-in corner entertainment console with large HDTV and DVD player, a bar and dinette for seating six when dining in.

The kitchen is equipped with new fridge, new microwave, new stove, new dishwasher, and new under-the-counter washer and dryer units for easy and convenient laundry. Ceramic tile is throughout, including the bedroom.

Of course, the best part is the view. It doesn't get any more direct oceanfront than this--the views from the 8th floor are excellent and unobstructed.

The Summit is situated next door to Spinnaker, an excellent lunch or evening spot, and is two doors down from Club La Vela. This location makes the resort a great choice for walking to the beach clubs, but is still far enough away for families to feel comfortable while the kids enjoy all the resort has to offer!!!

Great Vacation

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The room was clean, neat, and orderly. The sunset view in the evening is breath takeing. The new apliances worked well. It had all any one would need to cook a great dinner. The best thing about the location is that there is a Walmart near by for all your needs. The condo apears to be reciently remodeled. The pools were clean and heated. Beach was excelent. There are two places to eat at arround the pools. The prices were reasonable. I look forward to going back when time permits.

Best Vacation yet...

We have stayed at the Summit before and really enjoyed our last condo. We didn't think it could be outdone until now. We absolutely loved our stay. The owner was very easy to work with...great communication...and a smooth transaction. Check in was easy. As for the condo, you are not going to get a better deal. The second full bathroom was a plus, the updated kitchen, and not to mention the convenience of the washer and dryer, which I loved. We are a family of five and we were very comfortable with plenty of room and beds for everyone. Personally I love the Summit. The pool area is awesome..you have Bikini Bobs with cheap food if you don't want to go out, you have a tiki bar right at the pool, and you have Spinnakers right next door. Also during our stay there was Karaoke just about everynight right outside in the courtyard. We would sit out on the balcony and listen, yet it wasn't too loud to disturb you if you were indoors. I could just go on and on but if you are looking for an affordable and relaxing vacation right on the beautiful beach...look no further...this is your place! Thanks again to the owner...we will definitely return.

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The view was spectacular, the condo was beautiful, very clean, and very tasteful. The living area was very spacious, the kitchen was very up to date on appliances. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great clean place to vacation. The communication with the owner was great, this trip was everything I wanted and by far everything I needed, so if you and your family are looking for a condo, I would suggest you look no further, you have found it! A great getaway

A great stay at the summit. The condo is perfect for a couple looking to get away. A very well kept and nice condo with easy access to the pool and beach areas. Visit to Panama City Beach

We stayed in this condo in July 2010. It was our first visit to The Summit, and to Panama City Beach. We were very pleased with the condo. It was an accurate description and photos were true to the condition of the condo also. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the pool area was great. The elevators weren't extremely fast, but they also weren't slow either. The hallway areas by the elevators were not very clean but this is no reflection on the condition of our condo. We would stay here again! We enjoyed eating beachside at Schooner's. We also enjoyed Saltwater Grill and Captain Anderson's. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!
