Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

New tile floors installed in kitchen, den and hallway. This adds a very beautiful and low maintenance feature to our unit. We will be installing new counter-tops, sink, and back-splash in the kitchen as well as new cabinets in the spring. The condo is ideal for large families or sharing with friends. The 62' balcony is wonderful to watch the sun set in the evening, while entertaining. Master bedroom is far away from the living room for great privacy. Every bedroom has a direct view of the beach, ocean, and plantation lake. Each bedroom has a television. The den has a 42' flat-screen mounted on the wall. The North Hampton building is Kingston's best kept secret. Beautiful new lobby.

Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre community. The landscaping is extraordinary. The plantation has walking trails, tennis courts, a health club, numerous swimming pools, indoor and outdoor bars. The plantation is located within miles of almost hundreds of stores, restaurants, and attractions for the kids and whole family.

Great place for family vacation

This was our 6th summer vacation in Myrtle Beach and we usually rent through a realty company but decided to rent direct this time. We were not disappointed. The unit was spacious enough for all 7 of us and had many extras that other units we have rented in the past did not have. The owner is so easy to work with and very responsive to anything that you might need. The indoor pool was great since the weather was not that nice some days and the kids were still able to swim. The collection of games had something for all of us so we were able to stay entertained even when the weather did not cooperate. I would recommend this rental to anyone. Kingston Plantation has so much to offer and the view from the balcony was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Biggest and Best rental we have ever found for our family size.

This condo was more than enough room for all eight of us. We had two kids and six adults and we all slept great. The access to the many pools and hot tubs was very convenient. We felt like we were there all alone, as the pools were never crowded. The location to shopping and golf was amazing, we were able to golf right across the street and no tee time was required, we also golfed in North Myrtle and it was only a ten minute drive. The beach was clean, and the entertainment on the pier and local comedy club was nice. This may have been the best year at the beach ever. The owner was very accommodating and straight forward on all of the details and was reachable all the time and was quick to reply to any questions we had. We felt at home and that is what made this trip the best. The views from the balcony were awesome too! The condo is on the shady side so you can sit out all of the time and not sun burn and enjoy the waves rolling in and the sun setting from 12 stories up. We would recommend this rental to anyone. Did I mention there were TV's in each room and free WI-FI. The Embassy Suite next door has a great buffet for breakfast at $14 per person. My kids enjoyed a NASCAR themed go cart track only five minutes drive away and raced all day for $65 there were other rides there as well like the teacup ride and such. We were also able to enjoy the local cuisine, Duffy Street Grille was good and so was the Giant Crab, the Japanese/Hibachi grill was one of the finest I have ever been to. We also enjoyed the putt putt golf just down the street it had a little train ride to the top of a mountain and you golfed your way back down. Much to do and never a dull moment. As you can tell from this review the money we saved renting this amazing condo allowed us to play a lot more! You will be satisfied beyond your expectations.

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed in this condo in August 2010. Lots of space. Family of 6. Great location. Very clean. Well equipped and furnished. The balcony is very spacious, great place to have breakfast or dinner, overlooking the ocean. The building is just steps to the wonderful beach and the pools. The owner was very pleasant and nice to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful vacation, beautiful view of ocean and conveniently located!

We had stayed at North Hampton before but this was one of the nicest and largest condos we've stayed in. What can I say, we will definitely stay here again! David , the owner, was very easy to deal with very nice and honest! The condo had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room,large balcony you can get to from any room,free wi-fi,cable,...The resort is nice and it's gated and you have to have a key or a code to get into the building so you feel safe! Only a few steps and you are on the beach! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice place to stay that is conveniently located to shopping, and lots of restaurants! If you don't want to leave the resort, there are places in walking distance to have a nice meal,a quick pizza, or grab an ice cream!
