Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom villa with private pool. A beautiful, modern villa situated in a quiet residential area. Mature gardens and lush green lawn. The pool has a diving board, shower and plenty of room for sunbathing. Walking distance to the Pinhal Golf Course and local shops.

Casa D'Avis, is a beautiful, modern 4 bedroomed villa. The villa is surrounded by calçada shrubs, trees to the back a mature garden with lush green lawn, a large rectangular pool with diving board, poolside shower, offering plenty of room for sunbathing. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance to the Pinhal Golf Course and local shops.

Note:

Sadly due to the open spiral staircase, glass tables, expensive furnishing and deep unfenced swimming pool, Casa D'Avis is not very suitable to families with very young children. A Internet Dongle pen is available for use.

Further Details:

Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance, 5 mins drive to the Marina, with its cosmopolitan Casino, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. Quarteira nearby offers many restaurants, local markets (fish, fruit and vegetables) and a promenade beside the beach.

Booking Notes:

A 25% deposit is required on booking confirmation and the final amount 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable £300 deposit is required to be paid together with the balance. Please state your ages when making booking.
