My husband and I came out to visit my daughter who recently moved to the Noe Valley area, and this was a perfect home away from home for us. We rented a car for traveling far, but there were so many places to dine, shop and see within walking distance. We were able to pick up and navigate public transportation without a hitch. The block is a beautiful, safe and quiet street. I enjoyed sitting out back among the fig and lemon trees. The photos are a good depiction of the amenities and layout of apt. The owners were available at all times by phone, and respectful of our privacy. Having a washer/dryer available was a big bonus being that we were there a day short of two weeks. I would recommend this apt. to others and would stay again in a heartbeat.
We had a wonderful week because the owners were helpful before we arrived and helpful during our stay. The apartment was as described, and located close to all types of amenities such as food markets, restaurants and pubs. It was a wonderful staying in beautiful Noe Valley and next to the areas of the Castro and Mission districts, Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood be around. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting to San Francisco and.
This was our first experience of staying in someone’s home that was unknown to us and other than the photos on the VBRO website so we weren’t totally sure of what we were getting into. We were not in any way disappointed by our choice. We loved the location and the apartment is very bright, cheerful and well equipped. The owners who live upstairs were very respectful of our privacy but were available if we had any questions or concerns. The apartment is well located and very quiet and close to 24th Street, Muni and Bart. We highly recommend it.
The apartment layout and location is very convenient and really contributed to a great vacation. The location is perfect for walks to 24th Street (fun shops and restaurants) and Castro Street (fun neighborhood) with great views all over the friendly and safe neighborhood too. The owners were great - friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. When we arrived, there was a nice note from them that made some great suggestions for restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was clean and in good working order and included all of the basic necessities. All in all, an ideal apartment for us - I would highly recommend it.
I arrived into town a day late after a very harried week and walked into a beautiful apartment with sparkling views of neighborhood lights on a nearby hill. The setting is serene, quiet, and private, but it offered all the wonderful things I love about the city -- proximity to buses (direct to the Castro and the Mission) and a train (direct to downtown), cafes, restaurants, and cafes. Beth was very kind in checking-in to make sure all was in order and, when I had lost my key, her husband was generous enough to provide another one right away. They are wonderful and respectful hosts. It was hard to leave, but a great place to look forward to return again.
Apartment was clean and owner family was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to shopping,
dining and access to the city. Would certainly recommend this unit to others.
