22 Quelah Lane is an incredible 2300 sf, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a large, vaulted, open beam great room. The unobstructed view of Mt Bachelor greets you each morning from the picture window while the gas log fireplace warms with the flip of a switch. The upstairs great room is complemented with an open island kitchen and dining room, family/game room area, and large master suite with French doors to the upper deck. Sunshine and natural light abound!
Upon entering our home, you'll discover a two story foyer that leads to a main floor Queen master suite with French doors that offer private access to the back deck and hot tub. The main floor has two additional bedrooms, a bunk room (bunk bed with trundle that sleeps 3), and a private queen bedroom. The laundry room provides a washer and dryer and direct access to the 2 car garage with ping pong table.
We have elegantly appointed the home and have recently added new leather chairs, a new chaise lounge, new bedroom linens, towels, and kitchen ware. The electronics are abundant. There is a new 46' Sony Bravia XBR LCD Flat Screen TV with matching Sony Blu-Ray home theater in the great room. Additionally, there is a new 52' Plasma Flat Screen TV in the upstairs master, and a 32' Sony LCD Flat Screen with PS2 game console in the family/game room. All of the bedrooms include TV's with cable, DVD and/or video players, and clock radios with iPod/iTouch connectors.
Additionally, we participate in the individual renter program which allows are guests to use passes for the new SHARC facility.

After vacationing in Sunriver for over a decade, we decided it was the right place to buy a family vacation home. With the combination of winter and summertime activities, along with over 300 days of sunshine each year, Sunriver is the ideal setting to establish memories that will last for generations. We are pleased to be able to share our vacation home with family and friends so that they can experience all of the warmth that the Sunriver Resort and Central Oregon have to offer!
22 Quelah Lane benefits from a unique location within the Sunriver Resort. With incredibly close proximity to Aspen Lake, Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory, Fort Rock Park, The Village Mall and Sunriver Lodge - this home is situated in the ideal spot! Quelah Lane is a quiet, closed loop street with little traffic that provides a bike friendly environment for kids. The resorts 33 miles of bike trails is accessed less than 1 block away.
This house was everything that was outlined in the rental description - plus a lot more! It was perfect for 2 families, close to village and we would rent this home again. The owner was excellent in communicating - we have nothing but great things to report.
Our family (2 adults and 2 children) joined another family who came from Seattle WA (2 adults and one child) were having a great time. The location was great.
Here are highlights:
1) Abundant entertainments: Play station, VCR, Several flat screen TVs, Ping Pong Table, Bikes, and 10 SHARC passes
2) Has air conditioning for the summer
3) Very well stock kitchen items in the house
4) Has several beach towels so we don't need to bring the linens with us

We've been in many rentals before and none was like this house. Trash bags, dish soaps, laundry detergents, foils, and wraps were there to accommodate our stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 22 Quelah! Everything was great. This is a real good choice for multiple families or a large family. Good location -- close to everything.
Everything about our stay was great - the home, the bikes, the SHARC. We couldn't have asked for more.
We loved our stay at this clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated home. The owner was prompt, organized and provided the simple things necessary for a short stay. We enjoyed using the SHARC passes and the bikes at the home. Our family loves Sunriver and we would stay here again.
We stayed at this Sunriver rental during the holidays and enjoyed it thoroughly. Several points of note: (1) The owner was extremely transparent with communications and had documentation prepared both for the commercial agreement and for property usage that was extremely idiot-proof. (2) The owner was patient & gracious when, because of crossed wires on our end, payment was not received until later than the agreed-upon time. (3) The property itself was well-appointed and user-friendly [e.g. easy to use electronic door locks, high-def televisions & several rooms, intelligent floor-plan, etc.]. (4) Unlike some ski-resort properties we've experienced, the in-house climate was easy to keep at a comfortable temperature. All-in-all, we'd have no hesitation in recommending this property to another renter (Note: might we tight for nine. We had seven people and the house seemed like it was at, although not over, capacity)
