This home is located directly off Main Street in Downtown Chatham. It was renovated in 2011 with an open floor plan, new kitchen, new first floor bath/laundry and an addition with a new family room, bedroom and deck. Willow Bend is a dead end right-of-way across from the Beach Shuttle Parking Lot, and the property is one of four homes on Willow Bend. The location is in-town, but very private. There is direct walking access to downtown shops and restaurants, and Lighthouse Beach is 1/2 mile away. Other nearby beaches are Oyster Pond Beach, Andrew Hardings Lane and Claflin Landing. The new deck overlooks a conservation area with distant views of the Chatham Bars Inn Golf Course.

Floor Plan: The first floor has an open interior with a combination living room, dining room and kitchen. A new family room is located off the dining room, leading to a private deck that overlooks a conservation area. The first floor also has a private Bedroom #1 (queen) and a new bath with laundry facilities. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a newer large bath (double sink and tub/shower). Bedroom #2 has two twin beds; Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and an alcove; and Bedroom #4 has 4 bunk beds (3 twins and 1 full). Features of the home include a 1st floor washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, outdoor grille, outdoor shower, two decks and a gas fireplace.

There is plenty of seating in the large living space with a sectional couch that seats five, 3 stools at the kitchen island, a dining room table that seats 8, and a pub table that seats 4. The family room has a 3 seat couch and a love seat, as well as two smaller chairs.

Great house - awesome location

Stayed in this great house in the off season. House is clean and up to date - downstairs has a great open floor plan for socializing or keeping track of kids. Family room to the side is very comfortable w/a lovely gas fireplace. Very quiet street off the main st in Chatham - awesome location complete w/coffee shop at the end of the road. Owner is very nice and accommodating - would definitely rent again.
