Photos and Description of the Felanitx vacation house rental

The new-built country house in Mallorquine style can be found at the east coast of Mallorca between Felanitx and Porto Colom. Our finca is situated on a little hill in a wild-life reserve surrounded by hilly country on a 25.000 m2 estate with a marvellous view to the mountain San Salvador with it´s monastery, the hills and the sea. To C’an Firella belongs a well-kept big garden with many palms, cypresses, lemon-, oleander-, orange- and carob trees. The finca consists of main house, tower house, forest house and the apartment. All these parts fit together in great harmony with big terraces and patios and offer a wide range of liberty and intimacy for each accommodation. The terraces are surrounded with the so-called typical Mallorquine „dry walls“ and blooming bougainvilleas. The pool, (10x5 m), which can be used by all guests has an outdoor shower and is surrounded by pool-terrace, garden and rest-cure meadows. Everywhere are sunshades and deck chairs.

The Tower House (approx. 120 m2) is built on a hill and has a very special architectonical style through it’s „hip-roof“ construction, which is going down in four parts from the center top. The inner parts of this house are constructed very large scaled according to the principle of ‘open space’ building and consists of living areas in two floors. Due to many windows, there is a lot of light inside. The tower house has several windows with fantastic views and consists of one completely equipped built-in kitchen, a large scaled part for dining at a special finca table, a comfortable living area with an integrated sofa-bed, one bedroom with French bed, one bathroom with bath-tub, one shower, two hand-basins and one WC. On the first floor you will also find a separate WC for guests. A flight of winding stairs leads you to the sleeping studio in the tower (equipped with French bed, sofa-bed and desk). From this room you have a magnificent 360°C panorama view to the hills and the sea.

Felanitx is a typically Mallorquine little provincial town at a main street to the coast with good shopping possibilities. Some beaches and little creeks are nearby. In the neighbourhood, you will find the following beaches: Es Domingos, Cala Murada, Cala Marsal, Cala Serena, Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Barca, Cala Mondragó, Cala S’Aramador and Cala Santanyi. Besides this, the famous natural and very long beach Playa Es Trenc can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Notes: The house has three terraces, all furnished with stone tables, a sufficient number of teak wood chairs, deck chairs, sunshades, barbecue and a part of the meadow. There really is enough room for five persons. Bed sheets, towels, bathing-gowns, table-cloth, pool- and beach towels, sunshades for the beach, cold box inclusive. Once a week the basic cleaning will be done as well as changing of the bed sheets. Gardening and pool cleaning according to requirements. Furthermore all guests have the possibility of using a separate room with washing-machine and laundry-dryer.

Can Firella jetzt zum 4.Mal, wie immer eine gute Wahl! Das Wetter ist eine Wucht, lockt es uns in die Badebucht! Finca, Waldhaus, Poolterrassen, werden von uns ungern verlassen. Der Urlaubswert steigt Tag für Tag, bis keiner mehr nach Hause mag. Doch morgen sitzen wir im Flieger und schon hat uns der Alltag wieder. Es war wieder einmal schön bei Ihnen. Adios, Fam. Homberg**** Kann man die Zeit nicht einfach anhalten? Verpflichtungen absagen? An nichts anderes denken und einfach hier auf Can Firella bleiben? Es war wie bereits in den letzten Jahren, ein ganz besonderer Urlaub und wir konnten in liebevoller, häuslicher Umgebung entspannen und neue Kräfte sammeln. Danke! Bis zum nächsten mal. Fam. Bong**** Doch welche Zeit zuvor, seither- war je von solcher Kostbarkeit! Wir konnten uns zuhause fühlen und waren doch in einer Zauberwelt. Es war ein herrlicher, unvergesslicher Urlaub. Endlich auch unsere BEwertung:)) Wir waren im April das erste Mal auf Mallorca in Ihrer Finca. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem super gepflegtem Anwesen. Die Häuser sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und lassen es an nichts fehlen. Das Wetter war zwar sehr durchwachsen, aber die Finca ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu tollen Orten und schönen Buchten. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Can Firella - eine Traumfinca

Auch wir haben uns in die Liste der immer wiederkehrenden Gäste eingereiht. Bei so vielen Stammgästen kann die Unterkunft nur gut sein.
Can Firella hat die Bewertung "ausgezeichnet" in jeder Hinsicht verdient und ist absolut empfehlenswert.
Ausstattung: von Bademantel über Saftpresse bis Windlicht alles vorhanden, es fehlt nichts, sehr komfortabel
Gartenanlage: wunderschön angelegt mit vielen Pflanzen und blühenden Blumen, viel Privatsphäre, sehr gepflegt und ruhig
Pool: sehr sauber und an einer Seite sogar tief
Einrichtung: sehr geschmackvoll mediterran, sehr sauber
Lage: zentral (diverse Strände sowie Orte sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar)
Preis/Leistung: sehr gut

Erholsames Ambiente. Auch im März.

Wir waren das erste mal in Mallorca und somit auch das erste mal auf Can Firella. Wir werden wieder nach Mallorca kommen und wenn ein Plätzchen frei ist immer wieder Can Firella buchen.

+ Super mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
+ Sehr ruhig und zurückgezogen.
+ Vogelzwitschern. Schöner Garten.
+ Verlockende Piscina (war uns aber noch zu kalt).
+ Landestypische bis romatische Wohnungseinrichtung.
+ Sehr sympatische und aufmerksame Vermieter.

Wenn man das alles nicht mag, sollte man ein Hotel am Strand buchen. :-)

Wir können Finca Can Firella allen empfehlen, die einen ruhigen und schönen Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter! Schon mehrmals hben wir im Turmhaus wohnen dürfen. Es ist fast wie zu Hause, nur wärmer und schöner. Wir sind zu viert, 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (3+5). Das Turmhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, gemütliches und schönes Ambiente, mit allem ausgestattet, wunderbarem Garten und Pool und ganz wichtig: nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die jeden Wunsch erfüllen und trotzdem zurückhaltend sind. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Yachthafen von Portocolom oder auch am Strand. So ist für jeden etwas dabei, für die Kinder Pool oder Strand und für die Erwachsenen flanieren am Hafen. Wer die Insel erkunden will, ist mit einem Auto gut beraten, von Felanitx aus kommt man überall gut hin. Wir werden wiederkommen!!! Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht.
