Enjoy comfort and the cozy style of this beautifully decorated beach block home located at the southern end of Avalon just four houses from the beach. Five spacious bedrooms, three full baths make up this newly renovated home. The first floor offers a comfortable family room with television and DVD player plus a wood burning fireplace. You’ll find two of the five bedrooms plus full bath located on this level. The spacious living room on the second level lends itself to relaxed conversation in front of the wood burning fireplace, TV viewing and ocean views. The kitchen and dining room along with two large bedrooms plus another hall bathroom can be found on this level. The master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, wood burning fireplace, private sitting area, and exceptionally large deck for sunbathing and entertaining. A wonderful summer retreat!

Great Avalon Vacation!!

After 25 years of wonderful vacations in Avalon/Stone Harbor, we discovered yet another fantastic vacation experience this summer. We rented this home and voted as a family that this is the best accomodation we've ever had. From the beach block location to the ocean view, in addition to the decor and homey furnishings, we were very pleased with our selection. We also decided that this home is very special and worthy of a revisit, but fear that in giving such a great review we could miss out on reserving a week for next year.
