Native Coloradoan and outdoors enthusiast. Localvore and possible small-time farmer to be, I love to stay downtown sometimes and I keep the place in good shape for anyone else who wanders our way. A wife and mother of two who still loves to play.
We love this area of Fort Collins and we wanted to be able to stay there sometimes as well.
Fantastic food within walking distance at many local restaurants. Great shopping on tree-lined streets. Many festivals, running races, and music oriented activities most of the year. Winter offers quaintly lit streets and horse drawn carriage rides. The Lyric Cinema downtown shows independent films and serves up a lot more than a bag of popcorn. Easy access to great hiking and to the Poudre Canyon which offers rafting, hiking, x-country skiing, fishing, mountain biking and just about any other outdoor adventure you can dream up.
Four blocks to Old Town Square. Two blocks to Northeast corner of CSU campus. Walk or ride bikes to everything. Play in Fort Collins all year round.
