Major renovations DONE!! It turned out Beautifully!!!

We are just a few blocks north of the resort and boardwalk area. Oceanfront Avenue is perfect for a walk or bike ride down to the resort area. This property is perfectly suited for 2 families - 2 masters (king beds), 2 kids rooms (twins, double and bunks) - don't crowd into a small hotel room, stay with us. 2300 square feet to spread out and a beautiful landscaped fenced in yard with patio. Hi-speed internet, 5 tvs, dvd player, all appliances, washer/dryer.

Garage with all the beach toys, bikes, beach buggy, skim boards, chairs, etc. Outside shower. Private separate bedrooms, good parking area.

Come join us this summer at Wade In and enjoy our lovely first floor, ground level unit. No stairs to climb, just step out of your car and walk right in. Very convenient for families with children, older adults or anyone that has mobility issues. We offer 4 spacious bedrooms all with their own cable-ready televisions. DVD player and hi-speed wireless internet and phone with long distance service. It is a perfect set up for 2 families. We have two bedrooms with king beds and then 2 additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen and twin. three full, 1 half baths and an outside shower with hot and cold water. There is 2300 square feet of living space to spread out and enjoy. There is a large, spacious fenced in back yard to enjoy those beautiful summer evenings and we are just a 1/2 block short walk to the beach on 53rd Street. We have a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a kids eating area and large dining room that is great for playing cards, board games, dominoes

We have a large living area with a few different areas for watching TV, visiting, reading and also another den area that is great for a quiet spot to read and a small table for another card game. We have a good variety of board games and books on hand for our visitors to use and enjoy.

We have a large beautifully landscaped, fully fenced in back yard that allows you to spread out with the kids. Large patio area with dining tables for 8. We have a charcoal grill and also kiddy pools to utilize in the back yard. There is a single garage loaded with all the beach goodies, bikes, beach buggy, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards, coolers and plenty of toys for the kids plus a full size washer and dryer. We have off-street parking for 3 cars and plenty of on-street parking. We are 1/2 block walk to the beach and we have our own nice, large direct beach access on 53rd street.

Enjoy the large, private beach afforded by the North end and we are just a short walk or bike ride from all of the amenities and activities offered by the Virginia beach boardwalk area via Oceanfront Avenue. You do not need to use Atlantic Avenue to reach the boardwalk area. Don't stay in a crowded hotel room, when for the same price or less you can stay in our nice, large spacious house. Our summer rental weeks run from Friday to Friday.

What a wonderful place to vacation. The condo is spacious with lots of privacy also. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with all of the conveniences of being at home while being so close to the beach. Everything is provided for you to make sure you have a wonderful and restful vacation. Lots of bedrooms make the condo more appealing for larger families and friends. Nice restaurants are within minutes of the condo. Wonderful neighbors and a wonderful place to have outdoor functions. Would definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Our May Vacation was the best!

What an enjoyable place to stay! So spacious, so bright and cheery! So much space! We found everything to be so clean and inviting. It was just a short walk to the beach and a great area for biking or long walks. The fact that we didn't have to worry with carrying chairs, umbrellas, bikes with us was such an asset. All was provided for us. The yard was so great for evening gatherings and neighbors were terrific. it was so centrally located to great restaurants and entertainment. Would definately recommend to anyone to come and enjoy. I will definately go back.

Wade In is a great place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and lots of space for lounging around, watching tv, playing games and there are even some small, quiet areas for reading a book, etc. Great yard for grilling and having a nice dinner outside. Easy walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

We have enjoyed staying in this spacious beach home several times. While offering an open living area there is privacy for 2 families or 3+ couples. It is a very short walk to the beach without having to cross a major byway, and the beach is very wide at this access. The area also offers good places to walk or bike.
