The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end cook and serve ware. The colorful FiestaWare dishes are delightful. BEAUTIFUL GRANITE COUNTER TOPS and NEW STONE FLOOR along with new APPLIANCES which include side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, flat top cook top, and Bosch oven. A new washer and dryer were installed Jan 2011. There is a blender, rice cooker, waffle iron, toaster and coffee pot.
In the dining room is a beautiful wicker and bamboo dining room set which seats 6 and a tropical glass front china closet.
The living room is very inviting with comfortable furniture, (new carpeting, area rugs and a new sleeper sofa) just the right amount of wicker, and tasteful Island artwork. There is a new 37'' flat screen TV with DVD player and ipod ready stereo. We include FREE WIRELESS internet service. The view from this room is spectacular with floor to ceiling windows on two sides. Ceiling fans are located in the living room, kitchen, the two bedrooms, and bathroom along with the ones on the lanai.
In the master bedroom there is a king bed and an armoire with a TV-DVD &VHS. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed. The mattresses are all top of the line and extremely comfortable with luxurious linens.
There is a queen size sleeper sofa in living room. A new portable crib with its own linens is also available if you have a little one.
The Master Bath was completely remodeled in April 2013. It has a large tiled walk-in shower with a seat, overhead rain shower and hand held shower. There are two vessel sinks installed in the new cabinets. We'll have new photos to post by June 1.
Off the second bedroom is another bathroom with a large tiled shower. The powder room between the entry and living room is great for guests! Our condo feels more like a home than a condo. All rooms are richly colored and feature art from the islands.
Included in our unit are boogie boards, ice chest, noodles, beach umbrella, beach towels and packable beach chairs.
It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful A-Bay with a gorgeous white sand beach. (Perfect for swimming and snorkeling.) It is a great place for watching turtles. You will find whale watching boats, glass bottom boats and dive boats at A-Bay. This beach has beach chairs (no charge) at the beach for your use. You can rent snorkel gear at the beach.
The condo is next to the famous Hilton Waikoloa Village. Across the street is the Waikoloa Beach Marriott and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the kings shops and the new Queen's Market Place.
There are several very good restaurants within walking distance and the condo is located on the beautiful KINGS golf course. Ask about golf discounts. There are several other courses, just a short drive from there.
