Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6-8)

Traditional, recently renovated 3 bedroom OC Condo in downtown area – walk to everything. You’ll be only 2 1/2 blocks to the beautiful sandy beach at the 9th Street Bath House and just a ½ block to bay side fishing at the 9th street fishing pier. Enjoy your bay view from the front enclosed porch with large windows. Picnic, play with the children or just bask in the sun in the large grass courtyard just outside at your rear entrance. Condo is also only a few blocks from City Hall, the public children's playground, skate park, tennis courts, ball fields and the inlet.

This condo has a newly remodeled bathroom, kitchen and enclosed front porch. There is wall-to-wall carpet throughout the condo and the kitchen is well stocked including many of the cleaning products to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen has a washer and dryer and comes with laundry supplies. Picnic tables are available in the courtyard, beach chairs, boogey boards and some sand toys for young children are available for your use.

Although our rentals are Saturday to Saturday, we do have some possible weekend rentals. Let us know your schedule and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. This is a family friendly neighborhood. We do not rent to unaccompanied high school students for 'senior beach week'; unaccompanied minors under 25 years of age; or large groups of singles.

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, both with TVs and one with a DVD player. The living room entertainment center has a large 32” flat screen TV with a DVD and VCR player. All TVs have cable. The third bedroom has two twin platform beds.

Our prices below include all bed linens (bring your own towels), kitchen hand towels, all taxes and cleaning fees. Multiple weeks get priority placement over single or partial week rentals. Your time is reserved when we have a signed contract and your deposit check clears.

Come enjoy our favorite OC beach place and make a memory for you and your family!

About The Owner

Dave and Sunny love to come to Ocean City, Maryland to enjoy family and friends. There's always so much to do - the beach, the boardwalk, the games and rides at the inlet, the water sports, fishing, the resturants and of course, golf! We hope that you enjoy our place as much as we do both in season and out of season.

What makes this condo unique

For us, the most unique thing about our unit is the ole' style Ocean City feel with the modern day comforts. We love being able to walk or bike to all activities and not deal with parking and driving around some of the events and venues.

There is green space with the courtyard, picnic tables to enjoy a meal outside.

Bring your bike and lock, ride everywhere you are close to everything here in downtown OC - a bike rack is also available on the property for securing your bike. We are 2 blocks from the beach and right on the 9th street fishing pier if you like to fish in the bay.

A week to remember...... Beautiful

We have vacationed at this unit last year and then again this year and intented to do so next year. The property is very clean and made for a very comfortable feeling. It has all the comforts of home. The unit owners are down to earth peope and were extreamly helpful in answering our questions. The location is convenient to all..... just a short walk to beach. My family enjoyed every minute of our week stay. I would definately recommend this unit to family and friends without giving it a second thought. A week of going to the beach, local restaurants, shopping and water sports was amazing.

Pefect, well maintained 3 bedroom with all the amenities for our busy family of 6! Walking distance to beach, bay, food, and fun! All the extra space in this large rental is an added plus, lovely property! Owners are wonderful, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
