This beautiful four bedroom/four bath home is located in the heart of famous Sea Pines Plantation. A golfer's dream, it is only steps from Harbor Town Golf Course and a short bike ride or walk to the beach!

Upon entry you walk into a open living room with a leather sectional and chairs. This area is open to the dining room with seating for 8 making it perfect for family evenings together. A stereo system and music library is provided for entertainment as well as board games for family night! French doors will lead you to the backyard. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table for four and is completely stocked with everything you would need to make dinner. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room and den. The den has a large screen TV with easy hook-up for video games. The den also includes a DVD player, sofa, chairs and a wet bar. The wet bar has stemware and serve ware for your use.

There is also a slider to a small deck with a table for four overlooking a small waterway that is often inhabited by Sea Pines birds and other wildlife. The first bedroom is off of the kitchen and has a queen bed, TV/DVD, an in-suite bath with standing shower and a slider to the back deck and pool area. The rest of the bedrooms are on the other side of the house. Bedroom two features a queen bed, TV/DVD, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twins and has a connecting bath with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also is accessed from the hall making it your guest bathroom when entertaining. The master is down the hall and features a king bed and TV/DVD. It has French doors leading out to the back yard pool area. The in suite bathroom is absolutely huge with double vanities, a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub.

Paradise continues in the back yard. After a long day on the course or the beach, relax at your private Tiki hut! The Tiki hut features a bar large enough for eight people to sit comfortably, a small stove top and fridge, propane grill, plus TV and sound system. The very large pool is approximately 24X30 and gets a lot of sun. Rafts for the pool and other pool toys are provided so you can enjoy the pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs to relax on and three tables with seating for four for lunch or dinner under the stars. The back yard is completely fenced in and totally private. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

Bike paths are directly across from the house and put you on the path for five minutes to the beach, ten minutes to Harbour Town or ten minutes to South Beach. Centrally located, it is ideal!

Restrictions: The Sea Pines Plantation does not allow motorcycles, rv's or trailers of any kind on its property. Please keep this in mind when planning.

The management service provides towels and starter items like toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc. Bike rentals are available within walking distance of the home or you can call and reserve ahead of time and have the bikes delivered to the property.

This is the perfect house for your next family vacation or golf outing.

Beautiful home!

This was our second year staying at this house, because we enjoyed it so much the first time! The exterior is the highlight of this house for us. We love the pool, the wrap around porch, and the private backyard. However, the interior is lovely and spacious too. When we arrived there were a few "glitches" to work out (many lights burnt out, not enough kitchen washclothes and towels) but all were easily fixed. It is a 5 minute drive to Harbour Town and the Sea Pines beach club. We hope to be back next year!

Perfect Hilton Head Retreat!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sea Pines home - pictures are good but reality is better! It offered everything you need for a great vacation - plenty of room to spread out and great common areas. The fenced in back yard was a favorite for our dog. The location is ideal - minutes by car or from either Harbor Town or South Beach and easy access out to the gate for the rest of Hilton Head. We loved being able to walk out the front door with our dog and go for walks along the beautiful trails to the beach or Harbor Town. So many options for outdoor living make this an ideal get-away for those who love the outdoors! We would definitely come back!

Wonderful vacation spot!

We enjoyed a wonderful time at 91 Baynard Cove. The pool area was wonderful for sitting out and relaxing, and then doing some grilling in the evening. Beach, shopping and many restaurants within bike-riding distance. The home has plenty of space for everyone to spend time on their own, but also has some cozy rooms for enjoying time with friends or family. The Master bedroom and bathroom are especially beautiful! We will definitely come again!

OUR FAVORITE VACATION HOME!

We have spent every summer on Hilton Head for the past 7 years and this is by far our favorite vacation home. The backyard pool is the largest and deepest we have ever had - the teens and young adults loved it! The tiki bar was their favorite. Thanks for the great selection of music CDs in the dining room. We loved it! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who has teenagers or who is traveling with another family. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This is Paradise!

One of our best vacations ever! This is a perfect location for a couples foursome! We spent a week with friends of ours and the lay-out of the house and the location of the bedrooms gave each couple enough privacy, with separate entrance/exit to the pool area. The private pool area allows you to escape/ignore reality and really, truly relax. Everyday ends with "It doesn't get any better than this!"
