1950's architecture meets 21st century living at Sandpiper in Palm Desert. Recently fully remodeled and furnished, our home features high open ceilings, two bedrooms and two baths in a spacious 1600 square foot condominium. The fully furnished kitchen comes with everything you need to cook your favorite meal, and you may choose to dine in the dining room or on the patio under the stars after sunset. The master bedroom has a King Sized Bed and the guest bedroom includes two twin beds. Unit 707 is located inside the 'E' gate, first building on the right.
Floor to ceiling Glass Walls face towards the Heated Pool and the ramada, which includes an outdoor kitchen with gas grill. Beyond the pool is a Direct View facing the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountain ranges. Our home also includes a fully glassed Open Air Atrium which also serves as the entrance to the residence. Enjoy the Central Air Conditioning on those warm afternoons and the central heating on those crisp early mornings. We also have ceiling fans in all rooms. Our most recent addition is a power retractable awning for protection from the afternoon sun on the patio.
Sandpiper is located on El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the Desert. Here you will find over 300 shops including clothing boutiques, salons, art galleries, jewelers and restaurants. What makes this condo unique
I enjoy my morning walks in the sunshine, stopping for a paper and coffee at the market across the street upon my return. I especially like to then move by the swimming pool and catching up on the books I've been meaning to read.
