Our studio condo is on Waikiki Marina's 29th floor. It has just been completely renovated with new wood floor, cabinets, countertops, appliances, fixtures and retiled shower. It has a panoramic view to yacht harbor, Ala Moana Beach, downtown Honolulu, and west Oahu. The condo is within short walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center and all Waikiki beaches, restaurants, and amenities. Covered parking in a space dedicated to our unit is in building's garage is included in daily rate. Bus service in Honolulu is excellent! Cultural, scenic, and night life amenities abound in Honolulu.
Our condo includes a queen size bed and full kitchen with complete ceramic top range and oven. Wifi, internet, and cable TV included at no additional charge.
Owners manage this condo and live locally. Come enjoy sun, surf, sand, swaying palms and hula dancers in Hawaii with us!

We are Richard Sullivan, an Architect and Kathleen Doering, a Nurse and Early Childhood Educator. We have been married 32 years and reside in Honolulu just 10 minutes away from our condo. When we retire this condo will be our Hawaii residence.

Close to beach, Ala Moana Park, and Waikiki amenities; fantastic ocean and sunset views.
The building is little bit old, but the room is very comfortable to use. I specially recommend it includes free parking space. Near there doesn't has it.
The location is great not in the middle of Waikii but close to everything. Had almost everything you could need, just wished for a beach chair. Had beach towels, boogie boards and straw mats, plus even tennis rackets for the court there. We have stayed in the building before and the elevators were running better this time. Thanks for a great unit.
It is very pleasant condo. Very clean with beautiful view and even the elevator didn't fail us and was working all the time. Maybe it got scared of all the previous complaints. Close to everything. The condo is good equipped with all the necessities. We will definitively recommend it to our friend .
Appartement idéalement situé dans honolulu, proche de toutes commodités et aéroport sans ses nuisances. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Très bien équipé même s'il nous a manqué une table pour manger confortablement, très propre et pratique. Nous sommes prêts à relouer ce studio et le conseillons vivement.
Excellent communication. What we particularily liked was the thorough instructions on how to locate and access the lodging. Has everything that a couple would want for a vacation.
Great location and marina views. Close to supermarket, beaches, & ala moana mall.
You could get by without a vehicle, however we rented out one and the parking stall in the parkade was a big plus as parking is a premium. Definitely a pride of ownership of unit and creating a positive experience for travellers. Recommend unit for a couple.
This is a really nice studio condo. Everything has been upgraded, nice location and beautiful views.
Only complaint I have is the elevators. Really slow and were always under maintenance.
Our location is at Waikiki's west end near Ala Wai Canal. Ala Moana Shopping Center and Park are within a short walking distance. Just down the street are Hilton Hawaiian Village and Ilikai Hotel complexes. Waikik Marina is visible from our condo.
