Our NEW low-rise TOWNHOUSE is located within a unique neighborhood that is completely surrounded by undeveloped state parks, connected to beautiful canals and just yards from the never crowded white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

This fashionably decorated townhouse that has absolutely everything a family would need including new furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The Open floor plans leads you from the kitchen to the great room (new sleeper sofa) that includes a flat screen TV and a coffee nook situated at the back window to enjoy the beautiful waters VIEWS. Large back deck includes a gas grill to enjoy peaceful dinners and the most breathtaking SUNSETS. **Wi-Fi included**

Head upstairs to your master bedroom, complete with a queen size bed, full size bathroom, TV and a patio deck with WATER VIEWS of the canals & the Gulf of Mexico. Down the hall is the second bedroom furnished with a full and twin size bunk bed, full size bathroom, TV/DVD player and a patio deck with VIEWS of the pool and 'Ole River. Between the 2 bedrooms is a beautifully decorated loft that includes 2 twin beds and PLAYSTATION2.

After a day on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf which is just a few houses away, you can:

Our family enjoyed our second week-long stay at this wonderful townhouse. The owners are so nice to work with and have done an excellent job decorating the home and stocking it with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It is so easy to pack the beach cart with chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler and just walk right across the street to the beautiful, uncrowded beach. Our three young children love being able to swim in the pool after a long day at the gulf. We enjoyed meals on the patios of Sunset Grille andThe Shrimp Basket, both of which are very convenient to the town home. We highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nice, relaxing home. Short walk to the beach, that is shared with just a few families. Our family enjoyed the pool that is large enough for swimming laps and seemed to be very private. It is a great place to visit if you are needing quiet time to unwind from the stress of everyday life.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Very well equipped townhouse. All of the needed beach accoutrements-chairs, boogie boards, wave riders, beach toys and the wagon to carry it to the beach. Great sunrise and sunset views. Near wonderful seafood markets. Also near good restaurants and fun beachy places. We love Perdido Key, and this townhouse has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

Fall Beach Vacay

We stayed at the Barefoot Breeze townhouse for 3 nights this fall and had a WONDERFUL stay. We were originally scheduled to visit in September, but Tropical Storm Lee ended those plans. Thankfully, JoAnn was understanding and allowed us to reschedule. We vacationed with our three children (aged 5 years, 3 years & 13 mos). The house was child friendly. Complete with a Pack 'n Play, though we had brought our own. We enjoyed playing in the sand and out on the deck. A perfect location! We dined at the Crab Trap (the children loved the sand playground), the Shrimp Basket (yummy coconut shrimp!) and Triggers in Pensacola (Calamari!!!!!!) All in all, we had a great time and would love to visit again! Thanks, JoAnn and Paul for sharing your beautiful home!
