This lovely 2-story, 3 BR/2.5 bath home sleeps 10, and is located directly on the Gulf and has direct beach access. The house features all of the comforts of home: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, tvs with cable television, Wi-Fi broadband internet access, large master suite with a jacuzzi tub in the master suite.

Marvel at spectacular sunsets, views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and amazing white-sand beaches from the home's private decks. The bunk room for kids is a perfect place to watch movies. Summer or winter, enjoy the living room fire place with friends and family.

The quaint town of Seaside is just a short walk away, where you'll find great shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and tons of family activities for the entire family.

About The Owner

The Gross’ live just down the coast in Gulf Breeze, FL and spend lots of their own time at Get to the Point and Looney Dunes. They have 4 kids between the ages of 17 and 23 and know how important it is to get away with the family. Though the houses have been rented previous seasons, this is the first year that the Grosses have chosen to facilitate all rentals. By taking care of things on their own, the Grosses are confident they will be able to give better, more personal service to their renters.

Beautiful beaches, great restaurants, wonderful shopping, and a laid back atmosphere that is unique to the area. We enjoy the constant cultural opportunities such as plays, art and music festivals. The area also encourages a healthy and active lifestyle.

What makes this house unique

Being just outside of seaside, our renters can enjoy a little extra space and privacy that is not found in the city center. The property rests on a 32 foot bluff overlooking the gulf. Each night you can view the beautiful sunsets from your own balcony.

We just spent a week at Looney Dunes and it couldn't of been more perfect! The home and location was accurately described in the listing. The pictures were reflective of everything, however I have to say it was even better in person especially the view from the top deck. All of the beds were very comfortable and we had a very relaxing and fun filled week. This is the only area my family ever goes to in Florida, this was the 21st year we have sent a week there. I will be very interested in staying at this property again, it was exactly as described. Thank you Cindy for the note welcoming my family and I, and also the phone call to make sure we had everything we needed.
I would highly recommend this property without any reservations!

Great home, lovely surroundings. I have spent the past 12 years renting homes in this area and Looney Dunes compares to the most excellent homes in the area but at a more affordable price. Some of the surrounding homes have truly priced themselves out of what I call a reasonable price but Looney Dunes is affordable and truly grand. The views out of the master bedroom are spectacular! The kitchen is fully equipped. They have done such a nice job putting a personal touch on this home!

We recently rented Looney Dunes for a week long beach vacation and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing views the home affords. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We absolutely loved the upper and lower decks. Beach access is super convenient with the walkway literally right next to the house. The kitchen was well-equipped, open, and bright. It was a great size for our family of five. We even had room to spare!

The house is conveniently located near Seaside but out of the fray. You're within walking distance to several good restaurants and can easily drive to anything along 30-A. Absolutely perfect location.

Thank you to the owner for sharing their home and for checking in with us upon arrival to be sure everything was in order.

Looney Dunes had perfect space and comforts for our family. We loved chilling out on the beach and relaxing on the upper deck. This property had all the ammenties of home (kitchen, bedroom, etc.). It is in such a convenient location to everything (Seaside, Pier Park, Outlets, Publix and restaurants). We definitely hope to visit again one day.

This wonderful beach home was clean, well stocked, warm and inviting, and has a simply magnificent view. The owner was in contact to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, and it most certainly was. I am a self described incredibly particular traveler and is home met all my expectations.
