Located in the very centre of London, five minutes walk to the city (financial district) and 10 minutes bus ride to the West End (Theatres and entertainment district) Underground train station is just 200 metres. Buses to Oxford circus (shopping) St Pauls Cathedral, Covent Garden and Waterloo (London Eye) depart from the apartment building entrance. There is a security gate with video entry phone and a 24 hour concierge. Why stay in a cramped hotel?

Philip and Derek are in the travel business and often make trips to London for business and cultural events. We decided to buy our own place in central London and to rent it to others when we are not using it. We use it about three or four times a year. We needed a home that was secure and easy to look after with 24 hour 'front desk' service so we could come and go at any time of day or night.
Philip Green purchased this apartment in 2001
This flat was new in 1999 and finished to a high standard. It has wonderful views of the city of London. It is next to Old Street Tube station on the Northern line and has excellent bus services from outside the front door. We never bring a car to London as it is too congested, so easy public transport was important to us. The location is within a short walk of dozens of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pubs and coffee bars and is close to the trendy night time areas of Clerkenwell, Hoxton and Shoreditch.
Perfect central Location.
Magnificent city views.
Excellent frequent bus service outside the door.
Trendy bars, restaurants and nightlife close by.
Tube station 200 metres.
This family of 4 stayed here for nine nights overall the experience was a good one. With two teenage girls it was wonderful not to be sharing a hotel room. We used the tube for our entire trip and having a tube stop so close is a plus. The flat is clean and well furnished. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer. We had nice weather so we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. I do have several suggestions for improvement. If would be nice to have a broom available as we tried our best to keep the flat tidy. A extra blanket or even a sheet would be perfect if someone wanted to relax on the sofa. Finally although we reserved for four people we only were given three bath towels. Aside from these few suggestions we enjoyed the stay very much and would highly recommend it to others
The flat was exactly as described. It was spacious, providing ample room for my wife and 2 college age kids. The location was great, and a short walk to the Old Street tube station. Haji, the building concierge was extremely helpful. He helped accommodate our luggage as we arrived prior to check in time and he was very friendly throughout our visit in London. We definitely recommend this to others and would absolutely stay here again for our next visit.
This apartment is accurately described on the website and greatly contributed to a terrific week in London. Truly lovely space, wonderful views, and the ability to take a hot shower, make a quick meal and toss in a load of laundry: what more could a person want? During our stay, we took full advantage of the buses, the tube and the easy walking proximity to other neighborhoods. Good restaurants are within walking distance (and we [two women] always felt safe while walking) and the concierge, the free wifi, and the information package provided by the owner were each a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends without reservation.
This the perfect place to stay when in London with your family or friends. Stayed here for more than a week last Spring and were very satisfied and happy with the flat. We loved the spacious rooms and the beautiful interior. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to use most them a lot of times during our stay. The place was also very convenient for us as it's close to the Tube - getting around the city was easy for the family because of this. The concierge service provided helped our exploration of the city with their tips on getting around. Our family vacation was a hassle free experience because of our decision to rent out this flat.
My wife, two teenage sons and I stayed for a week here and were very impressed. There was plenty of space for us, and the balcony off the living room was a bonus. We spent every evening relaxing there after a day of being in crowds. Having a Subway right next door, as well as take away fish and chips and curry very close by was great.
There was a lot of construction in the area, which meant being awakened at about 6 a.m. by jackhammers and other machinery, but we loved the apartment and the location(just down the road from the Tube).
We really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of all the concierges! They offered tips on restaurants, and booked us a taxi for our departure. Thank you gentlemen!
