This great golf course front home sits on the 8th green of the Schuss course and has all new tile and wood flooring, new linens and is in the perfect location for your golf group!

The Schuss slopes are a short walk and the cross-country trail out the back door. You can snowmobile from the house to the regional trails.

The Schuss pro shop is just across the street and all the resort has to offer is right around the corner. This is a great location for a get-a-way with restaurants, fitness center, pools and hot tubs all waiting for you at the resort. The home has cable TV, wireless internet, a gas fireplace, open living and a private setting. Plenty of parking including a garage. You are just a short walk across the street to Ivans. Great place for your golf, ski or family vacation. Set on the back deck and watch the golfers on the 8th green.

If you get a chance to go a little further, Dockside on Torch Lake is a fun place to eat with a great setting on the lake. A few more miles will get you to Alden (don’t miss Higgins for the best ice cream around), or Traverse City, Petoskey and Charlevoix.

Our second visit there

Went back to Schuss mountain for a St. Patrick's day long weekend. Weather was very warm, but there was still snow on the slopes, so we got to ski in shorts and a T-shirt. Spent some time getting to know the area a little better, Bellaire and Alden are cute towns close by, and well worth the visit.

While we did not bring up golf clubs, we will when we return in the summer. The house is on the 8th hole of one of the courses and can't wait to play the course after walking a couple of the holes. The house is a perfect house for a golf weekend, whether it be a guys getaway, or a couple of couples, it's big enough for 8 adults. Lot is large, and you can make some noise without worrying about your neighbors. Complimentary Shuttle bus is just a phone call away to take you to area restaurants, and shopping.

We love this house / location and it will be our HomeAway when we vacation up north.

What a GREAT place to stay

Stayed at the home with my family for a ski / getaway weekend. This was the perfect home. Neat, ultra clean, and close to the slopes. Home has everything you need, and it was all in great working order. No cobwebs or broken appliances, really a very nice place to stay. We took advantage of the Schuss Shuttle and took it into Bellaire for a great diner and a fun night as well. For beer lovers, a visit to Short's Brewing Company is a must. House is much, much bigger than it looks from the pictures. Plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Would definately recommend to anyone looking for a nice place in a convenient location.

Cozy home for a family weekend

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay. The house had all the comforts of home, without all the worries and pressures! We had the MOST relaxing time and enjoyed every second we were there. We feel so blessed to have these occasional family weekends with our adult children, and having a cozy home like this one - with plenty of space - made it all the more special. Thank you again. I hope to see you again sometime in the future!
