Our Condo is 'Luxury Junior Suite with Strip View and Private Balcony'. It has excellent views of the strip and the MGM Signature pool from the balcony. Having a balcony makes the space feel even more spacious and you can breath fresh air if you so desire. All condos in MGM Signature are decorated and furnished the same.

By renting our unit directly from us you pay only a *fraction of the cost*. Furthermore you are *guaranteed strip view and the balcony*. MGM Signature has its own Pool, Gym and Starbucks onsite. You can also access MGM Grand Pools as well.

MGM Signature hotel is

* non smoking and non gaming

* directly connected through indoor walkways to MGM Grand Hotel.

* Very close to CityCenter, Cosmopolitan and other hotels on the strip. Indoor walkways to MGM Grand Hotel next door.

This condo was beyond our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness, and the view from the balcony was very impressive. Vimal was a pleasure to work with, his expeditious responses were very nice and made the whole experience so effortless! You cannot go wrong, with this location being in the heart of the strip, you will be glad you made this choice. We will return soon!

The condo was just perfect, a good location, and really, a great value. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Great Bathroom!
Staff was really friendly, drinks were good, but of course, pricey as is EVERYthing on the Vegas strip these days.
My key card kept deactivating, which was kind of annoying, but no big deal.

Perfect getaway

This was only the second time in 17 years that we have taken a trip without the kids, so I wanted it to be nice, and it really was. Vimal is very prompt in returning emails and professional, which made renting easy. I have stayed many places in Vegas and spent more on places that weren't nearly as nice. The large space and luxury bath were So much better than a hotel room. It was nice to have the kitchenette as we were able to bring our own "happy hour" snacks. We used the MGM Grand pool once on a busy Saturday morning which made for fun people watching and some cooling trips in the lazy river. We really enjoyed the pool right in tower 3 though and the service there was excellent, the mood more relaxing. The staff at the Signature was excellent and friendly and it was nice to be away from the smokey casinos. This will be my go to place in Vegas from now on!

Beautiful suite, excellent value

I have stayed at MGM Signature Towers a few times in the past years and it is a first class all suite property. I was not disappointed on this trip. There are separate check-in desks at each of the three towers for quick and easy check in. Management and service is impeccable. Vimal's suite is in top condition with plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc. provided. The balcony is an added bonus and is not available with all Jr. Suites. I generally prefer a higher floor, but found that the view was wonderful and I was always the first to get off the elevator on the way up. It is a short, enclosed walk via moving walkways to the MGM Casino, which has been renovated in recent years and is on par with the best casinos in LV. Vimal was easy to reach by phone or email and returned all communications promptly. In addition, his pricing is VERY competitive. This suite is one of the best room deals in Las Vegas.

Early spring trip to Vegas

We are a middle age couple and stayed at the Signature Tower for a week in early to mid March. The owner was easy to work with and responded tour inquiry quickly. Booking the suite was easy and stress free. You can rent this suite and not worry about what you will see when you arrive—everything is exactly as portrayed on the Internet. The facility is new and the suite is clean with new appliances and amenities. The bathroom is huge, with a big shower and Jacuzzi tub. The jetted Jacuzzi tub was welcome after walking around Vegas during the day. The suite was nicely appointed—with a small fridge and 2 burner cooktop—although we didn’t eat in the room, you could. The view from the balcony, which has ample room for sitting, is great—the suite faces Harmon Ave and has a great view of the entire strip. Convenience to the MGM was appreciated, since you can walk indoors to good dining and the casinos. The MGM Signature is conveniently located—just one block off the strip. Walgreens is just up Harmon at the strip so if you forgot something you could easily walk to get it.
We really enjoyed La Salsa Cantina in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. It was close to the suite—they have a cheap breakfast and a great margarita for later in the day!
We’ve already recommended the property to others who were planning a trip to Vegas.
