House, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

4553 State Route 307 East, Geneva, OH 44041

Flanked by lush vineyards and shady Sycamore trees, our two story farmhouse is a step back to the 1930’s with modern updates. The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home features a vintage clawfoot tub in one bathroom and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home. Cozy up in the reading room for privacy, or join the others around the stone fireplace in the living room. The dining area comfortably seats 8, and the kitchen features a breakfast nook for 4. The 'Man Cave' features a 50' flat screen TV and cable TV with comfortable seating for the family. A large patio overlooks the vineyard, and features a gas grill and a fire pit to gather around in the evenings.

I grew up in a very handy family! My father was blessed with 4 girls before he had my brother, and we were taught to run wood lathes, etc in his workshop. This fueled my desire later in life to renovate properties and share them with others who are interested in seeing what our beautiful Ashtabula County has to offer!

This home was a full time, year around rental. Once the family moved, it was in need of renovation, and it was a natural fit for a vacation rental.

What makes this house unique

The beautiful vineyards surrounding the property. The property is located on a working farm, with 48 acres of Vinis Lambrusco (Concord grapes). Beautiful patio and fire pit overlooking the vineyards.

Fun Filled Family Vacation

We had extended family join us and this house is very roomy and comfortable. We loved the fire ring with all it's benches and enjoyed swinging on the patio under the lovely shade trees. The kitchen is well equipped and the bikes were an extra bonus. We enjoyed the covered bridges and spent a few days on the Geneva Beach. The produce and the delicious pies at the Robinson Apple Barn are worth the trip. We have rented other homes but this one is by far one of the BEST!!

Great Girls Weekend Trip

What a great stay my girfriends and I had. Your house is very nice. There is not one bad thing to say about it. Everything is very put together and clean. We loved the fact that there was a winery right next door we ended up there every night. We would be interested in coming again!

It has a mancave.

Unfortunately we did not discover the man cave until the last day...Was our fault, we spent too much time fishing and exploring the many covered bridges in Ashtibula County...Suggest you all stay away so this beutifull house will be available the next time we want to rent it.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

This was our second time staying at this house. The house has everything you need for a fun weekend away with friends and family. We enjoy the location, which is out of the heart of Geneva-on-the-Lake and close to many of the wineries we like to visit. In addition, there is a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and silverware, and all linens are provided -- extremely convenient!

Overall, the house is well maintained and clean, and you feel right at home the minute you walk in. The pictures in the listing give a very accurate view of what to expect. Plus, you can't beat the cost compared to what many other hotels and B&Bs in the area charge. It's worth every penny.

I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a low-key weekend in Geneva. You won't be disappointed!
