3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, 1 Half bathroom, sleeps max of 10

Brand new custom-built cedar home completed in May of 2008. The house is on 1/2 an acre and has 300 ft of direct shore front with very little boat traffic for peace and quiet. Additional level 1/2 acre adjacent is available for use. Great for all lawn games, volleyball, batmitton, bocce, croquet etc. There is an outdoor gas grill on the lakeside on the slate patio and a fire pit on the lawn along with a 40 foot dock for your boat. There are two canoes at the house with life vests. Great fishing right off the dock - bass, perch, bullheads etc. There is a free State boat launch 1 mile south of the property. The water is shallow about 3' at the end of the dock, deepest point in the area is around 10'.

The house floor plan consists of three bedrooms, 2 full and one 1/2 bath. Full gourmet kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Dining area is connected to great room with 25 foot ceiling overlooking the lake with views facing west.

Our beautiful custom built cedar home is located on the scenic and quiet north end of Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains. The area is well known for very low boat traffic and the best fishing on the lake. Whether you bring your own boat to our 40 ft dock or use our 2 canoes you will love catching Bass, Pike, Perch and maybe even Lake Trout or Land Locked Salmon. While visiting you are steps away from many beautiful hikes, some challenging and some easier but enjoyable for all levels of exploring the wilderness. Ticonderoga is also known for it's role in the French & Indian War as well as the Revolutionary War, don't miss exploring the famous Fort Ticonderoga and the beautiful grounds surrounding the fort.

  • Unlike a lot of houses on Lake George our house is on both town water and sewer. This means you don't have to worry about the water pressure, water rationing or septic problems. You will love the water pressure and the fact that there is plenty of hot water for showers.

King bedroom and double bunk bedroom are upstairs along with washer/dryer and full bathroom.

Over the New Year holiday I had the pleasure of renting this beautiful
house with 10 of my friends. I was a little concerned that there
wouldn't be enough space for our entire party but I was pleasantly
surprised just how much room was available for everyone.

The rental is located about 5 minutes away from the town's Wal Mart
which made it incredibly convenient to get food and drinks - along
with anything else that we might have forgotten for our getaway. The
kitchen was stocked with modern appliances and all the silverware,
pans, cups, etc. that we would have needed. In the back of the house
there was ample space to do outdoorsy stuff as a group and since it
was warm out that weekend we were able to take the 2 canoes out for a
leisurely trip around the water.

I would highly recommend this to others and I'm sure I'll be back soon!

Additional notes: if you find yourself stuck indoors for awhile, this
place has an extensive DVD collection that would put Netflix streaming
to shame!

SERINITY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been going to Lake George for 5 yrs now(not counting the 6 times I went 15 yrs ago fishing with my buddies) This is by far the best area away from all the tourists. The house is spectacular,the bass fishing the best by far and your hosts the greatest.They will do whatever they can to make your stay great.Our yellow lab who is pushing 12yrs loved the easy acess to the water for retreving,and the boat dock was perfect for my bass boat.We have now found our new getaway and will be coming back for years to come as long as Peter and Ron lets us.THIS TRULY IS "SERENITY NOW!!!!

Awsome Andirondack Retreat

Our family and dogs had an excellent week at this wonderful get-a-way on Lake George. A beautiful home with all the amenities. Perfect for relaxing, fishing and enjoying a peaceful environment and plenty of land for our dogs to romp. Also, the area has many places to explore including Fort Ticonderoga, Mount Defiance, boating on the lake, and a wonderful park area in town for walking. A retiree’s dream spot – definitely worth the visit!
