This home’s fusion of Victorian and Arts and Crafts architecture will amaze you - every convenience and luxury is found within. Overlooking the beach, the Master Suite has fireplace, 2 person shower, jacuzzi tub constructed with limestone, granite counters, and art glass. The upstairs floors are milled from salvaged Bainbridge Red Alder trees. Two generous guest bedrooms share another beautiful bath. Laundry has 2 washers & 2 dryers. 1st Level floors are heated bluestone & a double sided stone fireplace rises to the 11ft beamed ceiling. The kitchen has 2 big sinks, fridge, a Viking stove, a Miele “smart oven” and “steam” oven, plus a wine Cooler. The home is beautifully furnished with antique furniture, the work of local artists. Yeomalt Beach House is located on one of the best beaches on Bainbridge Island. Just 5 minutes from the ferry, shopping, restaurants, a public swimming pool, golf, museums, kayak and boat rentals, this beautiful 3 bedroom home was designed by award winning architect Jeff Parshalle and recently completed by one of the finest builders on Bainbridge. From this home one can beach walk for miles at lower tides in either direction and during summer months one can enjoy all day sun from sunrise to sunset. The house is built just a few feet from and a couple of feet above the high tide mark. You will enjoy views of the busy Puget Sound shipping lanes North from Mount Baker to the Seattle skyline to the South. And, all of the neighbors are friendly! Many who own property on this special beach have been enjoying it for 3 generations. On most summer evenings and especially weekends one or more campfires are being enjoyed by young and old alike.

This gracious home was designed and built with both outdoor and indoor entertaining in mind. Barbecue your oysters in the Japanese Kamado smoker or your steaks on the outdoor propane grill. Warm yourself in evenings with a custom built standing steel fire pit for outdoor nighttime campfires or with a beach campfire. A large cedar deck just off the beach accommodates many guests as does the large flagstone terrace that wraps around the house. There is an outdoor shower for those who are willing to brave the chilly saltwater to swim, snorkel or dive. A canoe and life jackets are available for calm water days. Beautiful perennial gardens surround the exterior of the home as do weathered Cascade granite stone walls. Find some of your favorite fresh herbs, berries and vegetables amongst the many gardens. Eagles, blue herons, waterfowl, seals, sea lions, otters and even occasionally orca whales can be seen as they frequent this beach. The local beach dogs are welcoming and friendly.

From the spectacular views, architectural details of the home and overall comfort; it was an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Seattle, but it felt like a cozy home! Although I grew up on Bainbridge Island, I have yet to see a more beautiful house and setting than the Yeomalt Beach House! We especially appreciated the fact that everything is over-the-top luxurious... and yet somehow the home also possesses a simple elegance. The location is also great- miles of beach to enjoy and quite a surprising amount of wildlife. While we enjoyed feeling "away from it all," it was so convenient to be just 2 or 3 minutes from downtown Winslow and the farmers market! So, although we wish that we could stay here all year round, we will have to settle for a special visit next year (and every year)!

we rented the yeomalt beach house for an entire month for our holiday festivities. What a wonderful home! It was more than I expected, very clean and comfortable with it's heated floors, beautiful furnishings,and unbeatable views. The house had everything we needed for many wonderful family dinners and fun, long walks on the beach, great new years eve fireworks. Bainbridge island is it's own world and so is this home. The owners thought of everything to make our stay perfect. thanks vrbo and thanks to the owners at yeomalt.

The Yeomalt Beach House - Can't get any closer to the beach than this! The Yeomalt Beach House is located in a private beach community. The master bedroom incl. a king bed, fireplace, HDTV and spectacular views. The master suite has a 2-sided fireplace, HDTV & sweeping water & mountain views The master bath also includes a fireplace, jacuzzi & colorful stained glass.
