Just minutes from route 93, yet situated on a quiet hillside, our vacation house is the perfect gateway for everything the White Mountains have to offer. The house is spacious and recently renovated and refurnished. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. The living room is spacious, but cozy with a large couch, a wide screen TV and a fireplace. There are four comfortable bedrooms in addition to a bunk/entertainment room where the kids have their own space. Friends and family stay connected with free long distance calling and Internet throughout the house. Only minutes away from the Waterville Valley ski resort, and just 20 mins. away from Loon, New Hamsphire's largest ski area. Jump in one of the three pools or enjoy the mountain view vistas from the beach at the pond right on the estate.

House: The house is nestled in two acres of woodland on the edge of the white mountains national forest.

Just 2 miles from Rt93 exit 28 and only 8 miles down scenic Rt49 to Waterville Valley ski resort or 12 miles. (see map)

Comfortably sleeps two families or three couples. Bedrooms are located across 2 floors, includes 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Queen Bunk room and 2 lower level bunk rooms containing 3 full-size bunks beds (sleeps 6). This spacious property also contains 2.5 bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining room, High-ceiling Living room and lower-level family room.

It is equipped with WIFI, TV, DVD and Music system

Optional maid service is available.

Ski and recreation: The property is located in the beautiful white mountains, with access to many ski areas, National forests, Lakes and the natural beauty of New Hampshire.

Waterville Ski Resort is just 8 miles away and the scenic Waterville valley centre just a short distance further. The area also boasts easy access to Loon, Cannon mountain and many other world-class ski areas.

Great place for a large group!

We have a great stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in and the owners are very organized. We had a large group and the house layout worked out perfectly for all the members of our party. We only had one small issue - that the master bedroom is directly over the dining-room. Those who went to bed early could hear everything from the conversation below. I would recommend bringing a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper.

We will definitely look to rent this property again!

A wonderful ski season

My family rented this home for the ski season and had a memorable time. The home is comfortable and well situated between Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain resorts. The house has access to a wonderful community center with two large pools and hot tub. The owners were very easy to work with and made certain our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this spacious home to your family.

My extended family was looking for a weekend ski getaway and found this home. The house was immaculate, spacious and well-equipped. The rental process was easy. Waterville Valley was a short ride away (took about 15 mins). The home was everything we were looking for.

Great Summer Stay

My family, including my parents, sister, her husband and two small childred as well as my son, husband and his mother stayed for a week in August. The house was perfect for everyone and the bunk area downstairs was perfect for the kids! We had a mixed bag of weather but all was good with the fantastic community center down the road. What a perk, everybody loved it. The house was secluded and the layout of the inside and porch area made us all very comfortable. We would definately go back.

FANTASTIC PLACE!!!

The house was very well designed for the wide open look and at the same time a secluded downstairs for the kids to say this is my area to play. Everything right down to the trash can was in great working order and maintained. Nice and close to great skiing at waterville and also very easy to get to the house off the highway... advise to have a truck when going in the winter but the roads were consistantly maintained. But the best thing was the great service from Dave on getting us in without a hitch. Can't wait to do it again next year...one thing that I missed was the rec. center at the top of the hill...what a blast!!!
