House, 3 Bedrooms + king bed + futon, 2 Baths (sleeps up to 10)

This single story 2150 sq ft house is conveniently located in a subdivision approx 15 miles northwest of Downtown/the Alamo/Riverwalk. It is 2 miles from SeaWorld, 14.3 miles from Six Flags Fiesta Texas,15 miles from San Antonio International Airport, Lackland AFB is approx. 5 miles from property.

This house is a 3 bed 2 bath,Its master bedroom has a king size bed along with a bassinet, master bath. Full bath in hallway. 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom sleeps 4 on a queen size bed & a twin size bunk bed. All bedrooms have TVs & cable. Our large living area gives us enough room to fit an additional king size bed that sleeps 2 more guests plus a couch & is still left with plenty of space. Large open family room sits 8 people on couches & convertible futon which can be used for additional sleeping.

Also features an above ground pool (16ft x 32ft x4ft deep) that you can enjoy during our hot summer days or just simply relax after a long day of san antonio attractions, while grilling in our stainless steel grill under the covered patio, that is just steps from the pool

NOTE: pool will be closed from october 1st thru march 31st each year.

Restaurants, banks, atm's, groceries & fast food are within .5 mile from the house, there is easy access to highways so you can get around town with no problem. There are 4 shopping centers within 15 miles, closest one being just 5 miles away.

Perfect house for BMT graduations!

This house was absolutely perfect to accommodate our group for my son's BMT graduation. It helped us to coordinate our activities, since there were so many of us that wanted to see him during the weekend he had town liberties. Without the use of the house, we would have had to divide the precious time we had between various locations. Having all of us in one place was so very relaxing! It was a tremendous help.

The beds, especially the one in the master bedroom, were very comfortable. The pool table in the garage kept the kids busy for hours. There were so many "extras" that I did not expect to be here, that we ended up packing, but were thrilled to find. For example: board games, movies, kitchen gadgets, spices, laundry necessities, etc...

Aside from the tangible items and perfect accommodations, the owner was exceedingly gracious. Not only did he call to say my niece left her wallet and is mailing it to me, but he allowed a few extra hours of time in the house when my son unexpectedly earned extra town liberties for being a part of Warrior Flight and an Honor Cadet. He certainly did not have to do this, but did and we are so grateful.

This was absolutely the most ideal house to rent for our son's graduation. The accommodations were perfect, the location was centralized and within the allowable parameters for Air Force graduates, and the owner was very gracious. If you are considering renting a house for a BMT graduation, do not hesitate to reserve this one. You (and your Airmen) will be so glad that you did!

Our party of 10 enjoyed this house from 11/6 to 11/12, we are glad we reserved it, so much better than a hotel especially for a big party like ours. much better than what the pictures show.
we were a hesitant about renting it because of the negative mattress reviews but the owner assured us they had been replaced & sure enough they were replaced.
Close to major highways, grocery stores, restaurants a couple of blocks away. the owner was readily available to answer any questions we had.
I recommend this house & will definately stay here in the future.

Airforce Graduation

The house was very comfortable and clean. There were 6 members of our family from 3 different states. It was so much nicer than staying in a motel in seperate rooms and was less expensive. I was able to cook a home cooked meal for my son, everything you need is there. The instructions were very proffessional and user friendly from how the house alarm works to when the garbage pick up is. Ismael, the owner was wonderful to work with. Our flight home was cancelled twice due to Hurricane Sandy. We were able to stay 2 extra days and he was more than fair. I would definately stay there again in the future!

Huge living spaces! Great pool! Immaculately clean

We stayed in this house for a week in July 2012. It is huge, clean, and the pool was wonderful! Close to sea world, down the block from HEB Plus, and near all major on ramps for travel. The owner is incredibly helpful and generous. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Definitely top 3 of the dozens of homes we have stayed in using VRBO. More than enough room for our family of 9. Safe, quiet, upscale neighborhood. Nothing even remotely negative to comment on about this place. Can't say enough bout this fantastic place.Thank you, Ismael!

Nice Comfortable Home

The house was very cozy and comfortable, all the necessities were provided and very close to seaworld. My kids enjoyed the pool, which is very well kept and clean. The owner was really nice and helpful. Plenty of room for 10 people. We really enjoyed the house ! We will return again and recommend it to families we know.
