An excellent vacation home for two or more families and all three homes are great for large family reunions. your perfect vacation begins on the water's edge of Lake Hamilton. The home is one of three vacation homes located at Chesapeake Cove, just 1 mile from Central Ave. and the mall. Luxury surrounds you with features such as a main level gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, a downdraft cooktop and granite counters. The main level features the master bedroom and bath with a walkin shower and whirlpool tub. The main level living/dining area opens to a covered deck with a great view of the landscaped yard and boardwalk with boat parking. Upstairs has a loft with a sleeper sofa, a king size bedroom and a bath with a whirlpool tub. Downstairs features include two bedrooms with king size beds, another full bathroom, another full kitchen and living area that opens to a covered patio. A walkway leads you to the water's edge. Come here to enjoy all that Hot Spring's has to offer, you will be in the center of all the attractions!

The home has luxury features such as a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a downdraft cook top. Granite counters are used throughout the home. The master bedroom and bath are on the main level and the master bath has a double granite vanity, a walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. The main level living area opens to a covered deck with great views of the lake and landscaped grounds. This past year was probably the 5th or 6th year the same four couples have stayed in this house. It truly does seem like our home away from home. it works perfectly for us and we look forward to this getaway. It has everything we need and affords us the opportunity to all be together vs. scattered out in a hotel.

Loved, loved, loved the bed! The best one I've ever slept on. The house was beautifully decorated and constructed. There were 4 bedrooms on 3 levels with private baths. Also, each level had a sitting area. The very bottom floor had 2 bedrooms with king beds (one of which I slept on) and shared a bath. Perfect for 4 couples.

This home was in a great location. My friends and I were less than 5 miles away from all the places we attended!!! This home was very spacious, clean, & great for entertaining. One night we watched the sunset from the view of the balcony. I would recommend this home for your next family and/or friend getaway.

The home was just perfect for our family. It has all the items you would ever need. The location is perfect. The distance to the water was right out our door. Jeff was the nicest man to work with and was so kind and helpful with our stay. We would definitely return to this home and want to come back again. This property was very clean and well taken care of. The grass in front of the house leading to the dock was perfect and soft.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Jeff's home was exactly as he portrayed it to be and more! We didn't feel the pics really did it justice after seeing it in person. The outside and inside are both absolutely gorgeous and the entire property is well taken care of and had everything we needed! We had six kids there and everyone had so much room to spread out and do their own thing with there being three levels and even a loft area. The porches on both levels were really nice too! We had a few issues with our boat and then locking our keys in the car and Jeff was very helpful in locating the services we needed. One of my favorite things about the house was the "boardwalk" in front and being so very close to the house. You just walk right out to the water and we kept our boat right there as well. The kids enjoyed being able to walk right into the lake from the steps. The house is in a beautiful cove too. We loved every minute of our vacation there and hope to definitely go back! Thanks Jeff for sharing your wonderful home with us!
