Cape Coral, Florida is a tropical paradise with more than 400 miles of canals to explore and enjoy. Our home is in a Million dollar neighborhood located close to Cape Harbour where are nice shops and restaurants. However, most of our guests prefer to enjoy the boat rental that is included with our Cape Coral home for rent and use it to visit boater's only beaches and destinations. There are also many area restaurants offering dockage for diners arriving by boat. There is really no better way to experience all that south west Florida has to offer than with a boat rental. We provide area maps, charts and an on-the-water dining guide for our guests' exclusive use during their stay. ! While many Cape Coral vacation rentals offer canal access, Bayside provides convenience and economy by including your boat rental with this beautiful home for rent.

Very enjoyable stay

We very much enjoyed our 5 week stay at this property. Location of the house by the canal and proximity to Cape Harbour is great. Publix is also just a 5 drive away. Having access to a boat was for us an extra plus. We enjoyed almost daily short trips to the restaurants at Cape Harbour as well as longer trips to Sanibel and Captiva, etc. There are plenty of water-front restaurants that provide courtesy docking in the surrounding areas.

The house is well equipped and nicely renovated.The heated pool, by heat exchanger (and solar panels, that unfortunately did not work when we were there), was also nice.

The owners live in Holland and the were easy and friendly to deal with although response from them, we experienced, was a little slow at times. Local management is provided and was very friendly and always ready to help or answer any question or concern.

Very nice villa in good location

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely located, well equipped and maintained villa. The villa is in a very good and clean condition and contained everything which was required for our stay. With two chidren and two adults we had more than sufficient space and also the pool was large enough. There are super markets and restaurants in the Cape Harbour area within less than 5 minutes driving distance.
It takes about 20 minutes to get to open water and we enjoyed exyensive trips by boat to explore beautiful beaches and the impressive marine wildlife.
Great location for a very relaxing vacation which we would definitely visit again.
