Beautiful Place to Visit

We have spent the last 14 years coming to the Boothbay Harbor area in the fall, and we especially love Ocean Point. This home was very clean, comfortable and a lovely place to stay for this year's visit. We enjoyed the vast collection of books and the updated amenities this house provided. The owners were very accomodating and we would stay there again.

Great place to be with friends

Three girlfriends and I rented this charming house for a week. We hit a rainy patch but this cozy home kept us comfortable and entertained. Charming house, good view, not far from the general store and Boothbay. Another bathroom would always be nice with a house filled with women but that is really my only suggestion. I would go back anytime. P.S. Great owner to deal with!

A great week in Ocean Point

We had a lovely time at this cozy cottage. Between walks along the rocky shoreline, the adults spent many hours just sitting on the porch and taking in the view. The kids loved the playground and ball field nearby. A special treat was the return of the Ocean Point General Store just down the street. Fantastic lobster rolls made to order and ice cream were a quick walk away.

A Very Special Place where you feel at Home

This is an overdue review to comment on what a wonderful stay we had in Ocean Point last summer. I loved all the little details placed around the house. The porch was a great place to sit and watch the waves crash at the end of an active day and the back room was nice for curling up and watching a movie with the whole family. We all found the house to be very clean and the beds to be very comfortable with nice sheets. It is clear that the house has been updated while still maintaining a cozy cottage feel.The owners were very nice about recommending places to see and restaurants in the area. If I had a summer cottage I would want it to be just like this one, which is part of what made it such a comfortable place. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had and we cannot wait to return to this cottage again next summer to make new memories.
