Absolutely Spectacular new home with a beautiful game room and hot tub! This amazing home is perfect for anytime of year with easy access to beaches, casinos, and is centrally located within 15 minutes of Sierra-at-Tahoe and Heavenly, as well as being only 30 minutes to Kirkwood Ski Resort.

The immaculate home has an enormous game room with card table, pool table, 3 flat screen TV's, a huge wet bar with seating for 6, 2 mini refrigerators, ice maker and a dishwasher. State-of-the-art stereo system with surround sound throughout. Unlimited music through our on-line subscription!!!

Upstairs you will find a wonderful great room with dining table for 10, bar seating for 4, granite countertops, a built in espresso machine, and hardwood floors.

The master suite is also a dream, with a king size bed, 35' TV, a spectacular master bath with huge Jacuzzi bathtub, dual shower heads, and a gas burning fireplace.

Over 1000 square feet of deck overlook the woods, take a walk out the back yard and you will find the Upper Truckee river for some relaxing, children can wade and toss rocks.

This property is very understated! We were blown away when we walked through the doors. The house was comfortable, spacious full of entertainment - we almost didn't want to leave during the day. There is wired sound in almost every room with independent controls, TVs all over the place, a poker table and a keg fridge with a real tap coming out of the bar. We spent hours just chatting on the deck, taking in the serene view and keeping warm next to the portable fire pit. This place is truly a winner!

Everything about the vacation was perfect. From the pool table, bar, and jacuzzi to the spacious, clean, and modern rooms, and the built in espresso maker, everything was perfect. The location is a convienient distance to major attractions like heavenly, harrah's, and hiking, but at the same time still have a private cabin in the woods feel. The walk to the river in the backyard is gorgeous. Beaches, kayaking, cycling are all readily accessible. The owner was availabe to answer any questions I had and even give suggestions on activities and dining. I ate at the chart house and loved it. I would definitely stay here again!!
