This newly remodeled studio in the Prospector area backs to open space and offers unobstructed mountain views. The location is extremely convenient, within 5 minutes of three world-class ski resorts, over 100 restaurants, Park City's unbeatable nightlife, and shopping. The free city shuttle picks up just steps from your door every 10 minutes to all of Park City's resorts and attractions.

Two queen beds offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 4 people. Common area amenities include outdoor pool, hot tub, conference facilities, and front desk. The Silver Mountain Sports Club is adjacent to the property and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Prospector Square Conference Center is a venue for the Sundance Film Festival.

About The Owner

My husband & I have been long time locals, each of us having lived in Park City for at least 17 years. Recently however, we decided to try a beach location rather than the mountains, and we've moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. We'll still be back in Park City several times a year...wouldn't miss the skiing!!
