'Swinging Sunset Villa' is located in the north of Santorini island in the traditional settlement of Oia (Ia) village. This elegant house comes highly recommended and features well appointed accommodations. It was built in 2008 and is finished to a high standard and is traditionally designed throughout with much attention to detail. Outside there is a yard with a BBQ dining area for 8 persons to enjoy alfresco dining, a heated hydro massage (for 8 persons), which combined with the perfect sea view will keep you there the whole day. Three double bedrooms and two living-dining rooms make the indoor living both comfortable and pleasant. This villa will appeal to those looking for a luxury home which is among peaceful surroundings.
While the Villa accommodates 6-8 persons, our strong preference is to limit the number to a maximum of 6, except where children are included. It should be made clear here, however, that any decision to accommodate more than 6 is entirely at our discretion.

Accessibility:
The villa is accessible by car with private parking area. You have to consider the internal stairs that drive you to the lower floor and the loft bedroom, people with mobility problems will face difficulties. What is more, young children must be supervised at all times.

Katharos beach is accessible by walking (10 minutes).
The fabulous Ammoudi small harbor with fishing boats, waterfront taverns and restaurant & St.Nicolas island is accessible by walking (20 minutes) or by car (3 minutes). Swimming pool with a great view operates very close to the villa (300mtrs/5 minutes by walking).
