Make memories in our beautiful single family, four level home with bright, happy, "beachy" decor. Sunset Island is a private, gated, guarded community with interactive fountains, walking path surrounding island, community market with patio tables, private community fishing/crabbing pier, year-round exercise facility, clubhouse with meeting room/library/banquet room, indoor (year-round) and out door pools with baby pool, Island Time bar and grill with poolside service (in season), bayside beaches, in-season shuttle available and more.

We are within walking distance to the ocean-side beach, the Holiday Inn, World Gym, O.C. Racquet Club, Old Pro indoor and outdoor mini-golf and arcade, U.S. Post Office, Ace Hardware, Bagels-n-Buns, Big Peckers Grill, Sun and Shade Shopping, Rick's 64th St. Market, OC Nails, Candy Kitchen, Dead Freddy's Bar and Grill, Galaxy 66 Bar and Grill with Sky Bar, Late Nite Liquors, Domino's Pizza, Five Guys Hamburgers and more.

Level 1 - Front and back entry, den with queen sleeper, cable TV/DVD, full bath, walk-out porch, entry to garage, outdoor shower and hose at rear entry. Level 2 - Fully equipped full size kitchen with seven seat breakfast bar and ice maker in side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc., Full size dining room with eight seats. Living room with two seating areas, gas fireplace, 50" plasma TV, DVD player, walk-out porch with deck seating, balcony table with stools. Full size laundry room, powder room, walk in pantry. Level 3 - Bedroom #1 King Master Suite includes bath with double sink vanity, shower, over sized soaking tub, private toilet room, cable TV, walk-out porch with rocking chairs. Bedroom #2 has Queen bed, cable TV, walk-out porch with rocking chairs. Bedroom #3 has two XL Twin beds, cable TV/DVD player. Bedroom #4 has two twin beds, one trundle bed, cable TV/DVD player. Full hall bath with double sink vanity. Level 4 - Second Master Suite includes sitting area with twin sleeper, cable TV/DVD/VCR player, full private bath, walk-out porch and private #5 bedroom with Queen bed.

Linens are not included. The garage is equipped with a gas grill, beach equipment, crabbing and fishing gear, bikes, etc.

Twelve of us went down to this beautiful home to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. The location was perfect and the house is gorgeous. It was a happy and relaxing time for all of us. We would absolutely recommend the house to others.

Very Spacious

This place is laid out great, and the owners are phenomenal to work with. The accommodations were wonderful for our family to have a pre-deployment stay before our son went back to Afghanistan. Very nice view of the bay. We’ll be back!!!

Great Place for a Family Vacation

This is a truly beautiful home. I can't think of anything that wasn't provided. Exceptionally clean,
comfy mattresses, great kitchen, TV's everywhere, bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, beautiful sunsets, and on and on! We
certainly hope to return.
