Incredible waterfront condo on famous Lake Pend Oreille in Sandpoint. The Seasons at Sandpoint offers a year round outdoor pool, sandy lakefront beaches, outdoor hot tub, private fitness center, and a full service spa.

The views from this 3 bedroom/2 bath condo will make you feel like you are on a boat. Wake up overlooking the large body of water with the Green Monarchs in the background, looking almost into Montana. This condo has many special features like a stone fireplace in the living room, newer furnishings and beds, one indoor parking space, and a private boat slip included for summer rentals.

The soft carpeting, tile, and stone come together to make this a very special rental property. Located on the second floor with elevator access, the views are outstanding. Lakeside walking trails are near the property for morning walks or runs. Downtown Sandpoint is a short two blocks with many wonderful restaurants, wine bars, and live theater.

Our family loves it at the Seasons! Definitely the best place to stay in Sandpoint! We stayed there the past two years and will be coming back in 2011.
Location is beachfront, with sand for the kids and sun worshippers. Wonderful swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. Located walking distance to the City Beach park and many wonderful restaurants and shops (guess where my wife goes most mornings?). If you have a boat, the marina facilities are the best I have seen at any resort. When off for a day in the boat, I was met every morning by a "dock hand", who helped untie my boat and asked how many bags of ice I needed for my cooler. Where do you get that kind of service?

Are we coming back? Is there a Santa Claus? YES!!! Of course!! See you in July!
