Beautiful 4 Bedroom home in Chandler on 1/4 acre! This home has a heated pool and spa in the lush backyard with a huge deck, covered patio, & large outdoor kitchen and a firepit. All rooms have flat panel TV's (6 total) with Directv Satellite including a 50 inch plasma with surround sound in the family room and HD in most rooms. Bedrooms have beautiful new linens and the kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and beautiful travertine tile. Bathrooms have dual sink vanities, travertine tile and the master has a separate garden tub and shower. In addition there is wireless internet, computer, printer, fax, a full size air hockey table and RV gate. This home is located near several golf courses, shopping, restaurants and local casinos. We travelled from the UK and this house was great. Excellent location, very clean, fab amenities in the home and nearby. Very comfortable for us to enjoy the wonderful climate, spectacular backdrop scenery and AZ hospitality. Pool, spa and BBQ were spot on, just right. Owner extremely helpful during our stay which was much appreciated by our family.

Drove down from Oregon for another spring break in sunny Arizona. First visit to this home and it was great. With 4 adults and 4 kids there was more than enough room. Home is in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to shopping, restaurants and stores. Very modern home with all the ammenities you would need. The backyard is very nice, perfect for all day swimming, bbq's, and just hanging out. Property was clean, well maintained and everything worked perfectly!!!!

Emily (owner) was great to work with and prompt in all her responses. It is evident she takes pride in her home and the customers that stay there-------thank you. Looking forward to another spring break 2014 trip to this home.

Golf Trip

Our family drove all the way from the suburbs of Chicago to spend the week. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub! This house was perfect for our family of 5. Our teenager appreciated the TV and computer in her room to keep in contact with her friends and our little ones enjoyed watching their TVs in ther rooms! You've thought of everything a family could need for a comforatable vacation! The outdoor cooking area was great for BBQ's! Thanks so much!

Golf Trip
