My husband (licensed general contractor) and I are property renovators with a love for historic restoration. We are nature lovers and (water and snow) ski fanatics as well. This cabin is very special to us as it was built by my great-grandfather and others, and has been in the family for over 100 years. We take great pride in the construction projects that we do and make an excellent husband-wife team. We have five children as well and spend most of our free time at the cabin working on our latest improvement project or grilling and playing in the outdoors.
We felt it was important to keep this very special cabin in this very unique and wonderful environment in our family so when our Uncle was going to sell it off we bought it. We enjoy it here so much, are grateful our children have the opportunity to enrich their lives with the memories they make here and are glad that at this time we can share this incredible place with you to create wonderful memories of your own!
This cabin is a quick escape from the suburbs to the mountains majesty, beauty, fresh air and completely different weather patterns. How fun and amazing to stay in a forest, be so close to the slopes and yet be minutes from the bustling city.
It is the perfect temperature here in the summer, a serenely peaceful wonderland in the winter and the beauty is breathtaking year round!
