Casa Leon is an authentic Mallorcan village house with an entrance room, kitchen/dining room with open fire and bathroom with shower. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. You’ll find sun terrace and small garden, gas stove heating and fireplace.

Idyllisch mit grandiosem Ausblick

Wir wohnten nun schon zum 2.mal in der gemütlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Casita. Sie bittet auf kleinem Raum (ideal für 2 Personen)alle Annehmlichkeiten mit vollausgestatteter Küche und Bibliothek.
Das Highlight ist und bleibt die großzügige Dachterasse mit grandiosem Rundblick über Pollenca und Umgebung ausgestattet mit Liegestühlen , Sonnenschirm und Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Relaxen.
Für ein paar Tage hatten wir das Glück auch die Casa Leon zu bewohnen. Ein typisch spanisches Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung und kleiner Terasse mit Gartenteil. Ideal für Familien mit größeren Kindern (steile Treppen) oder befreundeten Paaren.
Pollenca selbst ist ein ursprünliches typisch mallorcinisches Städtchen mit großem Markt am Sonntag, guten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielen Sehnswürdigkeiten. Zum Strand sind es jeweils nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir als Mallorcas Liebhaber lieben schätzen die Insel sehr und Pollenca gibt uns einen idealen Ausgangsort für sämtliche Ausflüge und Erkundigungen rund um die Insel. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder zumal die Vermieterfamilie sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend ist. Wir fühlen uns dort rundum wohl.

Esv war sehr schön in der Casa Harnack - etwas Besonderes! Wir haben die Ferien genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Das Richtige für Individualisten. Ist zwar nichts für XXL Leute, aber es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Bibliothek im Schlafraum. Schöner Blick von der Dachterasse auf Pollenca un die umliegenden Berge. Räume angenehm ruhig und kühl. Herzliche Vermieter.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mitten in der malerischen Altstadt von Pollenca... Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind so begeistert, daß wir dieses Jahr wieder dahin fahren!
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, man fühlt sich sofort aufgenommen!

Wir hatten nur die kleine Casita gebucht. Diese war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Herz gestaltet. Genauso wurde man auch von den Vermietern empfangen. Die Casita ist sehr klein, verfügt aber über eine gute Raumaufteilung, besonders toll ist die große Dachterasse. Da man die meise Zeit dort verbringt, ist die größe der Casita nicht so wichtig ;-) Pollenca ist ein nettes Dörfchen und der nahe gelegene Strand Cala St. Vincence ist toll.
