Walk to the beach and swim in the warm Nantucket Sound from your Cape Cod vacation home. This two-story home sits at the end of a private sandy lane from which kids can safely run, bike and play while parents enjoy the sunny deck and well appointed living space. Spend your days relaxing in your beach chair or take advantage of the fair winds to windsurf, sail or kiteboard at Forest and Pleasant Beaches. When you get hungry, it’s an easy walk (only 3/10s of a mile!) back to the cottage for lunch, or choose to walk right up to the local coffee shop or restaurant (flip flops OK!).

Home comes equipped with a variety of amenities including cable TV, DVD's, games, Tornado Foosball table, outdoor shower, large outdoor deck, bbq, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an office area with unlimited domestic phone service & wireless Internet access.

Additionally, the 26-mile Cape Cod bike trail is nearby and easily accessed, and there is a public tennis court within walking distance.

  • All 3 baths recently remodeled and very nice. The outdoor shower is a tried-and-true Cape Cod summer ritual enjoyed by kids and adults alike!

  • Private master is spacious and sunlit with a Tempur-Pedic queen mattress that is a vacation unto itself. Master has a walk-in closet, private bath with shower and a flat-panel television. The bedroom with three twin beds is very large and gets great light from three directions. It has bright colors and a boat/lighthouse theme. It has a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is a sweet cottage bedroom with queen bed, patchwork quilt and antique dresser. All three bedrooms have a lot of closet and drawer space to make your stay easy and clutter free. Each bedroom also comes equipped with air-conditioning unit and ceiling fan.

This comfortable and well appointed house had everything we needed. We even found spices in the spice cabinet! It is located so close to the beach, we easily walked with our kids and all of our gear. It was comfortably air conditioned in the bedrooms for the very hot nights. The deck was very spacious and we made good use of the grill. The owners were responsive and clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay.They thought of everything to help make our vacation enjoyable and effortlessly relaxing.

Lovely House - Great Location

This was a beautiful, clean home. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. I think I would bring my favorite garlic press next time. This was the of the best cottages we've stayed in. Directions and tips were very detailed and clear. Loved the outdoor shower - great water pressure. Our boys enjoyed riding their bikes up and down the dirt road. They also loved the foosball table!! I think my favorite was the very comfortable temperpedic bed!! We slept so well all week! Great location, too!

What a beautiful home! Even nicer than it appears in the photos. It was spacious, relaxing and very clean with all the amenities. Decorated with many Cape Cod touches which added to it's charm. Quiet, private setting with a deck conveniently located off the kitchen. The location couldn't be beat! Close to Pleasant, Forest and Red River beaches, which could be reached without venturing onto Route 28. I had family visiting and I think we may now have some budding fooseball enthusiasts. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and I hope to be back again soon.

On arrival the key was exactly where the owner said it would be. Upon entering we were greeted with a fresh clean and bright overall appearance. This home is a home away from home. More than enough dishes pots and pans great deck kitchen sparkling bathrooms. Prior conversations with heather were a pleasure. No further contact was necessary as to the beach was within walking distance. The town of chatam and harwich a short ride.seal watch in chatam so munch fun for our 5 year old grandaughter. Mayflower beach in Dennis a20 min. Drive a must. Super restrauants close by. This home is advertised as the pictures show. Awesome vacation home and location.

The Perfect Get-Away!

We had the good fortune of renting this lovely home for two solid weeks. It was an incredible time of relaxing, bonding, sharing and enjoying every fun-filled moment. The house was spacious and clean, and very accommodating for our guests. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet near everything we needed or wanted, including the beach - just a short walk away. I had the pleasure of meeting with the "handyman" as well as one of the Town of Chatham's Highway Department's staff, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was very refreshing. I loved it here and would definitely go back, as well as recommend it to others. It was more than suitable for all our needs, wants, and desires. Thank you, Heather, for allowing this family the pleasure of having a terrific "get away" in Cape Cod, in the summer, 2012 season.
