When you deserve more than a hotel!
If you are coming to Seattle on vacation, to visit family at the University of Washington, or business at UW Medical or Children’s Hospital why stay in a hotel when you can have the comforts of home.
The light filled open floor plan provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy the view or hang out with family and friends. The full kitchen offers the opportunity to cook if you desire or to serve up appetizers and drinks before you go out for a meal
University View House is very comfortable and spacious with lots of character - hardwood floors, woodwork, a fireplace. There is an excellent view from the dining room and kitchen. It took us less than ten minutes to walk to the campus. It is also convenient to I-5 and the other parts of the city we visited. This is a great choice if you want the feel of living in a real neighborhood close to UW.
The house is centrally located several blocks from the University of Washington. Easy access to I-5 and a bus stop one block way will get you to downtown or Seattle City Center in minutes.
Walk to Husky Stadium, Hec Ed Pavillion to see the Husky's play or walk to shops at University Village and enjoy the free Summer concert series on Wednesday evenings. Enjoy the ‘The Ave’ (University Avenue, 5 minute walk) and its restaurants for dinner or drinks. Stroll through the Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings. Being only blocks from the Burke Gillman bike path take an easy ride to Gas Works Park overlooking Lake Union. For the more ambitious, ride to the Locks or Red Hook Brewe
