Our house is a beautifully furnished, bi-level in the country. It is a quiet country setting within a 15 minute drive of most Lancaster County attractions and shopping. We have Amish that live across the street and are near a quiet country road that is perfect to walk on and see Amish farms. Bedroom #1- Master bedroom with king bed. Bedroom #2-Queen bed. Bedroom #3-Queen bed. Bedroom #4-Queen and single bed. Basement living area- Queen sleeper sofa, sofa and recliner. Main living area- Double reclining sofa, reclining love-seat and recliner.

We (the owners) live next door and enjoy the peaceful countryside. We are near attractions but still far enough away to not get caught in heavy tourist traffic.

Ridge Garden is 2 miles northeast of the town of Intercourse.

Wonderful Getaway

We loved our stay here. We are a local MOPS group from Ephrata and wanted to be together minus hubbies and kids, for the weekend. We also had a day retreat nearby on Saturday. Friday evening there was a large group of us for the evening and we easily all fit into the living room. 10 of us ladies stayed for the weekend. It was PERFECT for our needs. We didn't even use all of the rooms. Peaceful, relaxing getaway!

We needed a private place for our family to stay while in the area for a funeral. This home was perfect for us. Spacious and very clean . There were multiple areas for us to either be together or by oneself. The view from the sun room was beautiful and they had a high chair and pack and play for our little one. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for family

We needed a house large enough to accomodate family coming in from various states to celebrate Christmas and Ridge Garden was perfect. What is hard to see from the online pictures is the layout of the house. Two bedroom upstairs with a privacy door between them and the upstairs common areas. Two bedrooms downstairs in a suite like setting with a smaller living room and a separate large family room/game room. The heated sunroom upstairs was fitted with a decorated tree and was a perfect relaxing spot with the sunny windows and view. The kitchen was well stocked with about every utensil and pan you could need. The convenient laundry room was a great bonus too with the children.The yard was wonderful for the kids and the setting was a nice blend of rural and privacy, but with easy access to Lancaster and surrounding attractions. Our host, John, was so pleasant to deal with while making reservations and answered all our questions. He stopped in one day near the end of our one week stay and it was a pleasure to meet him in person. My oldest son said, "this holiday was the best in a long time because the house made it easy to relax and be comfortable." Overall, everything was better than expected and anyone should expect great value for their rental dollars here.

Fall Family Fun!

Our second visit to this wonderful HOME! The photo's of this house let you see the beauty of this house...but the special touches inside let you know it's a HOME. You feel right at home the minute you walk in. The Choc. chip cookies where a special treat....The owners always make sure everything is right. Kitchen is large and stocked very well. The dinning room table opened to fit our family, so we could sit together for our meals. The bathrooms have plenty of towels. The bedrooms are clean & beautiful. The sunroom, family room, & living room gave us lots of room for family nite fun! And the kids & grandkids had lots of fun in the backyard. Smores were made this year for the first time!
We went to the corn maze...petting zoo...the train...and much more!
We always vote on where we will go for our family get together...and after the first year at your home...your HOME is the one! See you next year.

This is a beautiful and serene place to stay, we were more than pleased, so spacious, clean, and everything that one might need. Shortly after our arrival the owner came over with homemade cookies ( that were still warm) which we thought was a very nice gesture. It is also an ideal location there were Amish Farms close by, where we bought fresh eggs, butter and vegetables. Without a doubt we can honestly say that we would most definitely recommend this property to any of our friends and family, would love to go back again ourselves one day. A 5 Star rating for sure
