The house is sheltered from the road by an evergreen hedge, it has a big lawn, edged with Rosa Rugosa and perennial gardens. The house faces east and southwest, and is right on the water with a large dock, float, a deck area on the water's edge, and a boat house with the water lapping at its foundation. There are two deep water moorings for your boat and two bicycles in the garage. The spacious and irresistible boat house is a favorite place for cocktails, naps, or dinner on the water. Telephone, high speed internet service at the large workspace makes for an office with a spectacular view! The boat house has comfortable seating, a table for four and a wood stove.
