Es Moli de Son Maiol is a restored farmhouse surrounded by acres of pine, almond, olive trees and a large swimming pool, all with the splendid back-drop of the north-western mountain range. The house has been cleverly designed to make the maximum use of huge glass picture windows to ensure plenty of light. Light floods into the very large and spacious living/dining room and gives the feeling of there being no divide between inside and outside living. in this charmingly furnished living room, there is an open fire-place for chillier evenings. Outside there is a large 5mx10m swimming pool set in a stone terrace and surrounded by a mature walled garden with lawns and areas shaded by trees. Just above the pool is a covered terrace with large table and seating for al-fresco dining, and around the pool itself, plenty of pool furniture. The house sleeps up to 8 people in 1 double and 3 twin bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. Up to 3 extra beds are possible to be set.

Tennis Court: With our powerboat or sailing boat we will take you to the south corner of Mallorca, is one of the most well known ecological areas of the island and a unique area in the whole of the Mediterranean.

The Es Trenc bBeach, the entire length of the coastal area and the island of Cabrera (national maritim park) make a magical triangle of spectacular beauty, bringing together the stunning coast and the countryside.

Much of the land bordering the beaches of Es Carbó and Es Caragol is private, preserved and totally unspoilt. These fabulous beaches can be reached only on foot or by boat, and the sea, which changes from a crystal clear green blue to a deep turquoise is always fantastically clean.

The best scuba diving of the whole Mediterranean is at the island of Cabrera, (it is organised by us), as we take the divers there particularly with our boat.

All types of fishing, snorkelling, swimming, sunbathing on virgin beaches and picnics can be organised as well.

The harbour of Colonia St. Jordi (35 minutes) is the departure point from which to visit these wonderful beaches and the island of Cabrera.

AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE

I could sit here all day and tell you a thousand reasons why you should stay here but I will try to keep it short.
1. Julian-the proprietor is above and beyond kind to his guests. Checking in everyday to make sure everyone is doing well and making suggestions and arranging your stay so you are guaranteed to be enchanted with the small Balearic island. He truly is a wonderful person.
2. It is incredibly beautiful on the property and the finca has everything you would ever need, and more! It's tastefully decorated and so comfortable you will wish you would be able to stay longer than your allotted vacation.
The finca's location is perfect. You have access to every part of the island and yet you feel you are nestled in the country-yet it will take you 15 minutes to get to the historic city center of Palma.
LOVED our brief week and I cannot wait to come back again.
Make sure you eat an orange for me from one of the many trees.
