Holden Beach is a quiet un-crowded south facing barrier island halfway between Myrtle Beach, SC attractions and historic Wilmington, NC.

Holden Beach is ranked by National Geographic Smart Traveler magazine as a Top Ten family beach and AAA Beach Vacation Travel Journal ranked it in the Top 30 beaches overall. For the golfer, there are 40 world-class courses within 30 minutes.

The home is wired for high speed wireless internet and each bedroom, loft and living area has cable TV.

The main level has master bedroom w/queen bed and full bath, living/dining with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen w/granite countertops, full laundry room, 1/2 bath and covered porch and open deck.

Upper level has 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, loft and 2 open decks. Separate AC for upstairs.

With easy ocean access and marina steps from the house, A Point of View is your ideal vacation location.

About The Owner

We grew up going to the beach each year. Once a year was just not enough so we bought this house to enjoy every chance we get. We love the peace and quiet of the beach and the close proximity to shows and history in major cities. We hope you will come to Holden Beach and enjoy as much as we do.

The Owner purchased this house in 2003
Why The Owner chose Holden Beach

We bought at Holden Beach because it is the best of both worlds. Beautiful beaches to enjoy the sun and sand and good restaurants and entertainment across the bridge on the causeway. It is convenient to Myrtle Beach and Wilmington, NC when I want more activity.

What makes this house unique

We love to relax on the porch and watch the boats on the Inter-coastal Waterway. We also enjoy the great shelling opportunities while walking on the beach.

Wonderful!!!

The house was spectacular! We loved every second of our getaway. Lynn was very helpful with all the details and provided us with everything we needed. The pictures don't even do justice to the the size of this house. It was much larger than we had anticipated with comfortable beds. Everything was thought of Beach chairs, games, cards, DVD player, all the cooking utensils you could ever need. We prepared an entire Thanksgiving meal. Loved the house!

This is a great house for family vacation or a getaway with friends.
Owner's Response: I am so glad you found the house to be spectacular. It was my hope that all guests would feel at home and find everything they could want to make their stay special. Point of Views is the place to stay at Holden Beach!!!

A Wonderful Get Away

Our family met at Point of Views for our Thanksgiving getaway. The home is beautiful, clean and well-kept. Great kitchen for our Thanksgiving meal. Easy walk to the beach every day. Took quick trips to Carolina Beach one day and to Myrtle Beach another. We will definitely consider visiting again some day.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The house was beautiful and so welcoming. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back again soon. We loved the Provision Co, and the shopping was great. The owner was very nice and a pleasure to work with.

Our family stays at Point of Views every summer! We absolutely love the stress-free and relaxed feeling we get as soon as we walk through the door. We especially love the main balcony as we enjoy breakfast with our kids in the mornings and in the evenings as we watch the sunset! What an awesome get-a-way this is for anyone, anytime of the year!
