My husband and I are retired. He , a retired Forester and I, a retired RN. We love to travel, we love people. we enjoy simple hiking (not too steep), boating, gardening and I love to cook. We like the outdoors in general.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 1982

We have lived in this area a long time; just love it and the four seasons.

Favorite time of day--evening, on the deck with a glss of wine.

The first thing you notice is the view from the wall to wall windows. You won't find better. The pictures can't do it justice.
Very clean and comfortable. The owners are very gracious and attentive.
You have your own grill.
Your right in the middle of everything. Of course your on the Lake..
Close to stores of all kinds, groceries, gas, ect.
15 minutes to Gunstock.
1 hour to the Beach or Mountains.
45 Minutes from Manchester Airport.
7 minutes to the Outlet Mall
5 minutes to Belmont,s Town Beach.
I would recommend this rental to anyone.
