RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT FOR PARTIES OF 5+. Additional security deposit or renter insurance may be required for underage groups. Signed rental contract and copy of driver's license or passport required for all rentals. NO SMOKING OR PETS.
