Charming well-decorated townhouse built in 1987 on the golf course at the exclusive Buck Hill Falls Country Club. As a guest of one week or longer you will be able to take advantage of all the activities and services of the resort while enjoying the comfort and privacy of your own home. The amenities include a 27 hole golf course, 10 Har-Tru tennis courts, an Olympic sized swimming pool, a summer camp for children, wooded trails to hike, mountain biking, fly fishing, lawn bowling and all the winter sports imaginable.

The first floor has a kitchen, living/dining area, stone fireplace, bookcases and powder room all with cathedral ceilings and wide-plank wood floors. First floor also has the master bedroom suite with king bed, screened in porch, full bath with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, shower and walk-in closet. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with full bed and one with bunk beds) and a shared bathroom with tub and shower. Upstairs also has another screened in porch, perfect for playing board games and lounging. There is also an outside deck with gas grill and furniture overlooking the 4th Fairway of the Donald Ross designed golf course.

This is a special property in a private community of over 4000 acres of land nestled in the spectacular Pocono Mountains. Another attraction is the outstanding cascading water falls, swimming holes and babbling brooks. There is so much to do and perfect for families and all outdoor enthusiasts. Pets are welcome too! Only 90 miles from NYC and less than 2 hours from Philadelphia. Just minutes away is the Mount Airy Casino, outlet center, antique shopping, and many restaurants. You won't find a better property for the price anywhere.

Why The Owner chose Buck Hill Falls

We had two small children at the time and wanted a second home where we could get away on the weekends to be together while also participating in outdoor activities. At night we would all read books on the back porch and look at the moon and stars, amazed at how quiet and peaceful it was! We would spend every holiday in Buck Hill. Our children (now both in college) have made friends for life through Camp Club, tennis, 4th of July festivities and the Halloween Parade.

What makes this house unique

It is truly the best of both worlds! You can enjoy the private bucolic beauty of the woods and be in an environment of undisturbed nature while also enjoying the social community of a country club and all the amenities that provides. It is up to you to be as active as you like as there are so many opportunities that are offered!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

I stayed at this house earlier in the summer and spent a long weekend with a few girlfriends. It was in great condition and was located in a beautiful spot. We had an amazing time walking trails and just relaxing in the cozy home. We couldn't have asked for better weather that weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable and it felt like my own home. Buck Hill had a variety of activities to do, whether golf or tennis, but my favorite part was just relaxing with a good book. My girlfriends and I had a fabulous time and are already trying to plan another weekend to get back!

Beautiful Property in a Great Community!

Looking to escape from the stress of the city, a group of girlfriends and I took a short bus ride out to this lovely home at Buck Hills Falls. I found the house to be in great condition; it was very apparent that the the home is exceptionally well cared for. The cleanliness of the home, however, did not come at the cost of coziness and I found myself quite content simply relaxing at the house or by the pool. My friends and I also took advantage of the abundance of activities offered at Buck Hill such as tennis, golf, and hiking by the gorgeous falls. I returned to the city feeling refreshed and I can't wait to go back to Buck Hill next summer!

Gorgeous and Relaxing Weekend Away

I stayed at this townhouse last weekend and had a fantastic time! The house was extremely clean and welcoming and I felt right at home. The house backs right up to the golf course which allows for a peaceful escape. The back porch was perfect for enjoying morning coffee, catching up on reading, and enjoying the sunshine. The kitchen was fully stocked and we even made dinner Saturday night and had no challenges finding cookwear and dishes to use.

As for activities, Buck Hill provided something for all of us! Although I didn't get to the golf course, the pool was great (very large!) and the tennis courts were in great condition. We had no problem fitting in a game as there were two levels to choose from and plenty of courts. There is also great hiking around the falls and amazing views.

Overall- I would highly recommend! Can't wait to return!

We had a delightful weekend at your Buck Hill cottage. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness of your home. I particularly enjoyed practicing my Tai Chi on the deck to the back of the home. Each morning as the sun was rising as I began my exercises. The leaves became more brillant each day and we were so pleased to have been there to enjoy the changes.
