I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This condo provided all the comforts of home and gave us a great home base to explore the area.
Only three small problems. The sheets smelled so strongly of laundry fragrance my sleep was disrupted for two nights, and no laundry detergent was provided as promised. The kitchen towels were water repellant!

This was a great unit. The living room was extremely comfortable. The view was breath-taking and the unit has a nice size balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked. The decor was very contemporary which was great for my family(don't like other units with beach theme). The staff and groundskeepers were extremely helpful and friendly. We will be returning in the future.

This unit exceeded our expectations.
The indoor pool had little impact on our decision to stay here, but it ended up being the icing on the cake for us.
Our son was 11 months old at the time of our stay, and we were very concerned about keeping him in the sun for long periods of time.
So my wife and I took turns at the beach while one of us would stay with our son at the indoor pool.
The unit itself was great, too. My wife loved the kitchen.
We would definitely stay here again.
By the way, we always make a trip to The Original Point Restaurant, and we have two or three meals from Lillian's Pizza.
Also, we tried Doc's Seafood Restaurant and Cotton's for the first time, and they were both amazing.
Already can't wait for next year!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Beach Condo

This was our second trip to the Perdido Sun complex, and first time in this condo. We enjoyed the updated kitchen and baths, and loved the large balcony. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and we can't wait to go back! We enjoyed the location, near many great restaurants.

Only minor issues--the sofa in the living room was a bit dated/worn, and sink in master bath did not drain properly.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
